I had an appointment window for 10-12 today. I received a phone call from Paul at 9:35 letting me know that he was on the way. He arrived at 9:58! He was friendly, thorough and I didn’t feel like he was trying to sell my products and services that I didn’t need. He explained the issue garage door opener was having, told me what needed to be done to fix it and mentioned some things to look out for in the future. I will be using Precision for any garage door needs in the future and would specifically ask for Paul!

I must say I am impressed. I had a broke spring. Paul, my technician laid out the options and let me decide without being pushy. I opted for the best plan with the 5 year warranty given the age of my existing components. Precision installed my last garage door opener and I was impressed, so naturally I called you to install a keypad for the garage door. The technician was prompt, explained the operation of the keypad and noticed that my garage door opener needed some tightening. He took care of that as well. Great customer service in my book.

No problem with your service or basic garage door, except when it came to accessories and add ons such as remotes, key pads, panels, and the ability to add generic after market items such as door open/closed sensor and smart phone relays. (This garage door company chose to make it impossible to use generic accessories and then they chose to charge outrageous prices for their marantek products. I was not so informed pre sale of this by your company when I had you install the garage door. Several other companies refuse to even work on the precision garage door because of that. Never again.
