Steven was excellent, professional, and helpful. He explained everything thoroughly and walked me through the details. Job was done quick and well. Upon further review though, the cost seems high. Parts alone for the job is around $400 and the total job was $1200. $800 for 2 hrs labor seems high despite the quality work.

Tre from Precision Garage Door showed up at 10:35 on Saturday morning. He was awesome and very professional. He let me know what the cost would be before the repairs. He fixed my issue, which by they way was operator error on my part, but he did some maintenance after fixing my main issue, and my Door is better than it was before! Showed up on time and very professional. $1645 for all. Don’t know how that compares but I happy with service and would use them again. I would also ask for Tre again.
