The service technician Jack Walker was superb. Very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. He got the job done promptly and correctly, everything worked perfectly. He is an asset to this company. The reason for my 2-star rating is frankly the cost. The receipt I was given does not break down the parts vs labor, it only lists parts, so there's now way to tell how much I paid for the labor. I know I paid way too much. I'm not seeking any refund, I agreed to the cost before the work was performed. I was over a barrel and needed the repair done. Again, the service technician was excellent. But be sure to shop around, this place charges too much.

Cody came out to repair a broken spring and discovered a raft of problems that contributed to the spring breaking. The problem was so complex that he asked Justin to come by and give him some advice on the best approach to fixing the issues. Together, Cody and Justin made it right. Cody has the exact blend of customer service and the right way to explain issues and problems. We were very impressed with the excellent service we received. As much as the expense was a surprise, I believe the work they accomplished will allow us not to have to replace doors any time soon. Thank you for the professionalism, skill, and empathy. My two year old garage door remotes had dropped off the network and I was having a real difficult time reprogramming them (Even, the wall remote wasn’t working). Precision Door OKC had dispatched Dominique R. as our technician. Dom was friendly, courteous, and professional. Without issue, he was able to reprogram both of my remotes and the installed wall button. He had noticed that the chain had been dragging alongside the track and tightened that up as well. All in all, it was a quick and affordable fix. I highly recommend precision door for all your garage door remote needs.

Jack Walker was the technician that came and worked on my garage door, giving it almost a complete overhaul repair job! He was wonderful. He is kind and considerate and explains everything step-by-step in the initial assessment of what the door needed. He performed all of the repairs magnificently and my door is in tiptop shape now and guaranteed for five years. They came out on a Sunday within an hour of me calling And I was not charged anything for it being after hours on a Sunday a service call or anything. everything is very upfront and you have the choice of what you want to have fixed or don’t want to have fixed if it is not necessary. Jack is definitely an asset for precision as a technician as he knows what he’s doing gets right to it and gets the job done in an excellent manner!
