Your technician Cody did a great job. Professional, kind and courteous. As for the AI that answers the phone...ditch it!! It gave me a price that was nothing but misleading not to mention it was creepy, so creepy and very impersonal. This is why you didn't get a 5 star review, the technician was 5 Stars!!

We called late Friday afternoon and Lewis was out by 4:00! Totally fixed the panel in our overhead door that was bent. Put braces on the inside and fixed hinges and rollers so that it looks brand new. We have used them in the past and they do great work and are very courteous techs! Will definitely keep their number handy!!

The springs on my double garage door broke and I couldn't get my cars out. Precision came out the same day and replaced the springs and had me out within hours of me contacting them. My garage door decided to give me issues on a Friday night, and found that Precision Garage Door in OKC was available for weekend appointments! Tre from Precision Garage Door showed up at 10:35 on Saturday morning. He was awesome and very professional. He let me know what the cost would be before the repairs. He fixed my issue, which by they way was operator error on my part, but he did some maintenance after fixing my main issue, and my Door is better than it was before! I would definitely recommend them for any issues or maintenance that you have. Thank you for responding so quickly on a weekend!!

I scheduled an appointment on 2/14/2026 with Precision Garage Door and I’m glad I did! I received a courtesy phone call from my technician and a reliable time frame for arrival. He showed up on time and was very knowledgable! (Elijah Hall) was my technician and I can’t say enough good things about how professional and thorough this guy was! He went over all the possible issues and solutions for fixing my garage door. You bet I would highly recommend using precision garage door if you are experiencing any problems with your system!
