My neighbor highly recommended Precision. I called in the morning and they were at my house that afternoon. Jack was really nice and got to work immediately. After a quick inspection he gave me a detailed run down on each of the issues with my garage door. Jack repaired all the issues and was done in about 2 hours. No more squeaks and creaks. It's so quiet! Many thanks!

I called Precision because they were certified installers for the Genie lifts. I was not getting any cooperation with the Genie Corporate so I called Pecision. Dominique Ramos came out and fixed the problem and also suggested several other problems in alignment and sagging problems that would ultimately cause problems and damage to the door. Now the doors are straight, quiet and don't close with a bang/crash noise. Dominique was very professional and quick to identify and solve my door problems. Now my 75 year old knees are the only thing creaking! Has he tried his hands at orthopedics?

Only problem I had was your AI assistant did NOT get my appointment logged in yesterday. When I called in this A.M. to check, an appointment was quickly made and the tech arrived by noon and did a great job.

100000% great service! So thankful for Precision and their helpful technician, Teagan! I have never needed to call for garage door repairs before, so all of this was a new experience for me. Their AI/automated scheduling system had me a littler nervous at first (I was worried it may have been some sort of phony number or something). BUT their timely, efficient, and thorough service definitely washed away those initial worries. Teagan let me know his time of arrival and was on time. He walked me through his initial inspection and double checked everything was good on my end before starting the repair. I can tell he is a kind and knowledgeable technician who cares about the work he does and the people he helps. He was also sure to fix the problem before potentially inclement weather rolled in (which we all know can be time crunch in Oklahoma). I will definitely be calling Precision if I need another repair!

I need to set up the warranty for my new garage door opener. I called a month ago and tried to speak with the chat bot. The chat bot said I would receive an email to sign up for the warranty. I have yet to receive an email. It was also difficult to talk with the chat bot. Please have a real person contact me at 580-695-2865.

I recently had my garage door serviced by Dominic with Precision Garage Door, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the experience. From the moment he arrived, he was professional, courteous, and clearly knowledgeable about his work. He took the time to thoroughly inspect the issue, explained what was going wrong in simple terms, and walked me through the repair process before getting started. Dominic worked efficiently and paid close attention to detail, making sure everything was functioning perfectly before he left. What really stood out was his honesty—he didn’t try to upsell unnecessary services and focused only on what was needed to get my garage door back in top shape. The door is now operating smoother and quieter than ever, and I feel confident in the quality of the repair. If you’re looking for reliable, skilled, and trustworthy garage door service, I highly recommend Dominic with a Precision Garage Door. I’ll definitely be calling him again for any future needs.

Jack Walker, personable and knowledgeable technician, analyzed wall switch intermittent failure. His diligence led to finding poorly spliced wire connecting to control panel that was hard to spot. Will ask for him by name next time for service.

Went to leave for work and had an unexpected broken spring. They had someone out within the hour to fix it. Teagan was very professional and gave quote and advice for future work. Thank you, Precision and Teagan!

Steven from your office came out and did an excellent job this afternoon. He diagnosed the problem. Told me how much it will cost and took care of the problem. He was very timely and explained everything before he did the work.

Of course life happens when you least expect it. Yesterday, my garage door decided it would go out with a bang, literally. After calling several garage door repair companies, Percision Garage Door was the only company able to schedule a technician to come to my house and look at my garage door that morning. Elijah, the service technician, text me about an hour later to let me know he was headed my way. After throughly inspecting my garage door, Elijah not only found the issues I was already aware of but also a few I wasn’t. I was given several options to get me back to a working door. While I wasn’t able to get my door repaired/replaced the same day, Elijah made sure my garage door was lowered and secured before he left-which was my biggest worry. Thanks Elijah!

Barbara Hardimon

They were able to come within 20 minutes of me calling. The technician (Miguel) was polite. He explained the issue and my options. With the options I was able to spend a little less and still get the job done!
