Some years ago, Precision got me out of a jam on a Sunday so I wouldn’t miss my daughter’s baby shower. They are prompt, diligent, customer-centric, reasonably priced and the job gets done on the first try.

Our garage door was giving us trouble opening and closing. I called Precision and they were at my house in less than an hour. I showed Dominique what was going on, he took some time to diagnose the issue and clearly showed me what was going on and explained what he was showing me. I needed a new opener, the original had major wear and was struggling to lift the door or close it completely and safely. To my surprise, the door itself has a lot of life left, it just needed some adjustments and some broken parts replaced. Dominique showed me three options and let me decide which option I wanted to go with. I chose the least expensive option, and Dominique was completely on board with that. No pressure to upsell. That is VERY MUCH APPRECIATED! In an hour and a half, he was done with the install, the adjustment of the overhead door, and programming the keypad. Highly recommended!

I made the call to Precision garage doors Oklahoma City and I could not be happier with my decision. Dominique Ramos was a true professional and I could not be happier with my new Genie 4124 Aladdin connect opener. He took the time to fix mistakes that another company had made and everything was explained precisely and thoroughly. This experience was truly remarkable and I thank you Dominique for your true professionalism. A++++

Thank you for a great visit. Our seals were replaced on the garage doors. I called and they came in the same day! Absolutely great service and friendly personnel! Thank you!

Christine Martin

Tre did a fantastic job with installation & explaining everything!

Robert Patterson

Impressed with the response time and friendly service. However, its was $710 to replace my dual spring setup on my two car garage. This was just for standard duty springs too. I regret not just doing this myself and getting heavy duty cycle springs for 200 bucks. Just a little bummed to see how much profit they made off of me. For a mechanically inclined person look into doing this yourself wish I would have.

Steven was excellent, professional, and helpful. He explained everything thoroughly and walked me through the details. Job was done quick and well. Upon further review though, the cost seems high. Parts alone for the job is around $400 and the total job was $1200. $800 for 2 hrs labor seems high despite the quality work.

Kenneth Craig

The spring broke and I couldn't get my car out. Kind of in a tight spot. So I called to get springs and bearings replaced.

Jhon Barfield

Teegan was extremely helpful and professional. He identified the unscrupulous behavior and outrageous pricing of another company I engaged in an emergency situation. Precision will be my first and only choice should garage door issues arise in the future. Heartful thanks!!

My clickers stopped working so I changed the battery. It still didn’t work. I called precision and Teagan Came and fixed it in less than 5 minutes! Thank you Teagan!! Also, a 5 star goes to Dom who initially fixed my garage door in November 2025! He was quick and knew exactly what he was doing!
