My husband and I called Precision Garage Door on October 3, 2024. The Technician, Paul came the same day and installed a bottom door strip on both doors and also tightened the chain above our door since it was a little loose. I had a spring break on my garage door and I called to see about getting an appointment. They were able to fit me in same day thank goodness! Jack was very thorough with his inspection and explained everything as he went. He was able to replace my spring and get my door going again.
