The technician was courteous, professional and knowledgeable about the repair and maintenance of my garage door. Precision Garage Door had replaced by garage door two years ago and I went with the upgraded hardware package, which included a longer warranty and better coverage. The warranty for this is fantastic and was included in my service call today at no charge. I have recommended Precision to several of my neighbors that have also replaced their garage doors. Everyone seems to be happy they used this company. Thank you Precision for your services.

We moved to Mustang back in 2002 and have had numerous service companies out over the years. From lawn care to plumbers to painters to HVAC to roofers, you name it, we’ve had it. And honestly they’ve all been pretty decent. I had this company out today to fix a garage door that has been a nightmare the last few weeks. And for the first time I wish there was a way to add a “Special Sixth Star” because of the way they just ended our nightmare.

One of your technicians repaired my garage door at a cost of $2000 on December 23, 2023. My door messed up again, so Dominique came out and looked at my door. The motor was messed up so that was another $900. I am extremely happy with the price, the parts and the service.
