We have been using Precision Garage Doors for several years now. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is needing garage door service. They have replaced our garage door and have serviced it several times. Even though our warranty had expired they have come out whenever we have had a concern or a problem and have told us on 2 different times that they were not going to charge us because whatever the problem has been that it should not have happened. They have always been extremely prompt (which is something that does not seem to be the norm anymore) and are very polite and knowledgeable. They have always been very meaty and clean and always carry off any trash, boxes, etc. I have no ties to this company. I actually researched them before using them and chose them out of a very long list of garage door companies. They have always come out the same day or the following day after contacting them. If you are looking for a reputable company that stands behind their work and products then this is the company that you need to contact.

From start to finish Phil was polite and honest. He explained everything he felt we needed. But he gave us a couple options to choose from. He was not pushy and let us decide. When we chose one he showed us everything he was going to do and he did. It works beautifully. If you need Garage Door help give them a call. They are amazing. And got same day service.

My experience with Precision has varied depending on the technician. If I could give Robert from yesterday 10 stars, I would! The service a few weeks ago, not so much. I’ve used Precision 3 times now and 2 of those times the service has been top notch.

My garage door springs broke on Friday evening. Precision was at my house Saturday morning at 8:20 and my door was fixed by 9:20! My tech Jesse Burns was fast and friendly. I would highly recommend precision!

Tanner was great and responsive, very respectful and did a wonderful job fixing my garage so I don't run into the same issue in the future. The criticism I got for my repair before calling a professional was almost praise on my DIY, but I knew when the issue came up again I needed someone in the field to get it done right. Would definitely recommend Precision Garage to my friend's and coworkers. Also enjoyed talking to Tanner while he worked and got me set up with my repair. 10/10!

Paul was my service man and I couldn’t have been more pleased. I’m a senior citizen, but did know a little about what he was talking about, but not much! I never felt pressured to fix anything that didn’t need to be fixed. He told me up front that he would quote everything thing I could choose whatever I felt might be too much for my budget! I chose Precision Garage Door because of all their good reviews. Jordan was the service technician and he did a fabulous job of explaining everything to me. The opener broke on a Sunday night, made appointment on line and he was here at 10 the next morning. Jordan was very knowledgeable and had the problem diagnosed and fixed in an hr. New opener with a 5 yr warranty on parts and labor. Will certainly use them again. If you need help with your garage door be sure and give them a call!

Fantastic experience! Paul was my technician and he arrived on time and explained all the options to me. Once I made my decision, he got to work immediately. My garage door is so quiet now, the lights work on it, I have two springs instead of just one, and I feel much better after having it replaced. First time using Precision Door OKC. They were on time, in fact early which is always good. The tech called before heading our way and repairs were explained. Pricing was what I expected, nothing is cheap anymore and you also get what you pay for. I will use them again, have two more doors with springs just hope they wait awhile before they break.
