Our Springs on our garage door broke and I called Precision to come out and repair. They came out the same day to repair the door. I had the springs, coils, rollers and motor replaced. Justin Price was the installer. He was very professional and courteous! He kept us in the loop the whole time he repaired the door. It only took him a couple of hours to replace everything. He even helped my wife program the app in her phone. Again, Great Job to Justin and Precision Doors!!

Went above and beyond in arranging an after hours service call when the garage door would not come down and nighttime was approaching. Tech Justin arrived promptly and not only solved my immediate problem, but relocated hardware so it was more stable and situation shouldn't occur again. Every tech that has been to my home to either install openers or remedy a problem I was having has been professional (both in manner and appearance), friendly and knowledgeable. Precision is definitely a blessing for senior citizens.

My name is Lonnie Richey Sr. I want to thank Dom with Precision Garage Door OKC for the magnificent job he did replacing my garage door opener and rail. He was on time and greeted me with enthusiasm and professionalism. He explained what he was going to accomplish step by step. Once he began taking down the old opener he was thorough and ensured that I was able to ask questions if needed. He had everything down and up in about an hour and a half or so. He went through each area and fully explained how each component operated and invited me to ask more questions if I didn’t fully understand. The warranty was great and the price was right in my ballpark. Needless to say I wholeheartedly give Dom and Precision Garage Door OKC a five star review. Dom is great. Thanks again Dom.
