Our Garage Door Spring Snapped on the Evening of 1-28. I called Precision Garage Door and made an Appointment for 1-29 between 10 & 2. Jack arrived at our house at 10 AM. Jack was incredibly nice and definitely a Master at his Craft! Jack assessed the situation and had our new spring installed and working perfectly in 25 minuets flat, I was Impressed! I will definitely be calling Precision for any future Garage Door Repairs that may arise.

Our garage door is over 40 years old and got hung up as some of the coldest weather all year was rolling in. Precision Garage Door sent John to us and despite the bitter cold, he got our door operational again. We'll need to replace all the moving parts eventually, but it was worth it to get the door down with the cold weather.
