Emergency! Springs broke on a double door friday night I called Saturday morning at 9, precision came out 10:30. They checked everything, gave me options, and replaced the needed parts. The door works like new. Thanks!

Technician Byron W was earlier than scheduled which was good. He called me when he was on his way and again when he got here per my request. He was polite, knowledgeable and made sure everything was working properly before he left. They are now in my phone book for garage door service.

This is the second time I have used Precision in the past several years. First time was to replace a broken spring. This time was to replace 16 year old garage door openers that had finally died. Had the same technician both times! Was able to replace both openers on our three car garage on the same day as the service call. Also got a new spring, hinges and rollers on one bay. Technician arrives on time, gave me several service/repair/replacement options. Got the work done, explained how to operate everything and cleaned up all the mess. It will probably be a long time before I need garage door work again, but if I do, I’ll be calling Precision Door Service OKC.

They informed me as to what the problem was, what they could do to fix it, and proceeded to fix what needed to be repaired. I needed a repair right away on a Saturday. I called at 1030am and the Tech arrived by 130 after giving me a call 30 min out. Russ had several years experience, diagnosed the problem right away and gave me an reasonable estimate. Repairs were completed timely and the door is fine now with a new spring and rollers Based on this experience I highly recommend Precision Door Service.
