Their professionalism was outstanding, and they were exceptionally kind and patient. They took the time to walk me through everything and answer every single question I had, no matter how small. Their dedication to ensuring I felt completely at ease speaks volumes about their commitment to customer service. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

It’s like they’re playing game of “how bad can I rip off this sucker”. Cody Waddle came out and tried to lay the ground work by saying the whole tensioner had to be replaced and to be ready for some sticker shock. Originally priced me $2400+. The invoice was detailed and there was pricing on every line item. Then said he could take 10% off for a first time customer. I had already done some research online and through friends and family and saw the pricing ran $500-1000. So conveniently the price dropped down to $1000. Even more suspiciously there was only one item on the invoice that was priced at $1000 even. I called some contractors I know and found one that priced me at $650 for a decent system. These guys make it a business model to try to rip people off.

He was very professional, explained where he saw issues and made suggestions about what to repair. Dominic also explained exactly what he was going to do, showed me the parts that were going to be placed on my garage door, and how long it would take to complete the job. He completed the job in exactly the amount of time he said. My garage door works perfectly now.

I recommend Precision Service for reliability and expertise. Cody Waddle, Rep, arrived about an hour after my initial call to analyze and fix the garage door issues. He explained thoroughly why the spring and other old parts had broken and needed to be replaced. All new parts were on the truck, so the work was done quickly. Senior and other discounts were provided.

Life was going great until late Friday afternoon, and then, boom, the garage door spring broke. After searching Google for cost and who is who of the after-hours repair late on a Friday afternoon, I found my answer. I called Precision Garage Door Service, and they said they would send out a tech. Received a call from Teagan minutes later, said he’d be here in three minutes. He did. My issue was greater than a broken spring. I agreed to the work, and he did the repair. He was knowledgeable, personable, professional, and an all-around good guy. Teagan completed the work quickly and confidently. Can’t say I was pleased that this broken spring happened, but at least I selected a great company to fix my issue. Hope it never happens again, but if it does, I will be calling Precision Garage Door Service.
