The Technician, Teagan Cluff was very friendly and professional- he did a great job!

The young lady who answered the phone was so incredibly sweet and worked it out to get someone to me quickly. The technician who came out was also very friendly. However, he told me I needed to replace my entire lift system and quoted me a price that was over $5000. When I said I couldn’t afford that right now he told me we could just replace certain parts and it will lower the price. That price was still well over $2000. I told him I wanted to get a quote from other companies and he said he could replace just the spring so I could at least get out of my garage for now. So he did that and I felt it was still extremely high but I had to be able to get my car out. I called another company and they would have replaced the spring for $750 less. The entire lift system that I was told that needed to be replace for over $5000 they would have done for $895. But turned out I didn’t need it anyway. I feel like they were trying to take advantage of me because I told them my husband had just passed away. Their employees are very nice but I would not recommend using them until you get quotes from other reputable companies.

I was very pleased with the work Justin and Marlon did you update my opener to a WiFi version and a belt drive. Plus they tightened the spring and added a support to one panel that gave it more support. I had used Precision in Georgia and was pleased there and I am pleased here in Oklahoma.

$869 for a torsion spring repair. Seems a bit pricey.

Cody was so kind and professional. My garage door opener and parts were worn out. My door was doing crazy things and making a ton of noise. He is a natural born teacher. I am glad you sent Cody to me as I needed a teacher type person who is also very good at what he does. Thanks Cody and stay cool.

The service was great. We had a very knowledgeable technician and he never pressured us in any way. My issue is with the price of a torsion spring repair with a military discount cost us $869 . Seems a little much.

Grace Bright

Scheduling was so easy. Directly on the site. Tre Nunley was amazing. He came right on time and was fantastic. He works so fast. Is efficient and we will use them again for any garage door needs. I loved that he wasn't pushy. Gave us options to get our garage door opening again.

YahYah Foye

Tre was professional and fast. Price was very fair. I was just expecting the door to return to its normal operating state. He improved it. On top of everything else we shared a couple of laughs and jokes about our kids. Just felt like a friend was working on my garage and not a technician. Thank you Precision and Tre for all you've done today.

I did most of the work, he seemed scared to do attempt it, kept calling you guys but will keep using you’ll

Your advertising is very good and I had a bad experience with another company so I chose you. And I was very pleased. HaydenSkains is a very good and thoughtful tech. When I do have to replace my opener I will call your company.

Lynn Anderson

Prompt service and our door issue was resolved quickly. Our technician Zachary was knowledgeable and informed us of potential future problems but didn’t give us a “hard sell” to fix things right now which was appreciated. This is the second time we have had Precision to our home on a weekend and we have been very pleased with their service.
