Technician Stanley called to provide his arrival time which he met. He quickly spotted the broken spring ,got approval from management to replace both at a discount. He also inspected the bearings, rollers and cables and lubed where appropriate. He was knowledgeable, courteous and efficient- pleased with the job.

Teagan did a great job. He was good at explaining what needed to be done. The door wouldn't open. After looking at it for just a few minutes the cause was found. The repair was done quickly and was done right. I am impressed enough to have them come out at a later date and do a system overhaul. Great work and great Technician.

Before calling precision I called another garage door repair company they told me that it was 100% the rollers and was going to charge me $400 to replace the rollers previous before calling the repair guy I googled it and I watch the youtube video so I knew exactly what it was he tried to charge me for something that wasn't broken. I called precision he came out and he left in 20 minutes and my door works perfect it was simply resetting it and adjusting that was it these guys are great and honest.

Super fast service. One damaged part caused multiple problems and further damage. Jesse identified the original problem, replaced all the damaged parts and realigned the door back to correct orientation. Wasn’t cheap, but I expected that and am Very satisfied! Thank you!

My Mom who lives in OKC area had her door opener quit on a Sat. and when the tech showed up he told her she needed a new opener and the price was $2200. When I talked too him he said she would need springs and that they were not good enough for the door but those where not broken. I asked about changing the belt and was told they can't be changed. So I called another company and they came over and changed the belt lubed the tracks and less than I hour where gone. I tried to call you all to explain and never could get anyone to talk to so I found this place to share my concerns. Feels like someone should have done a better job trying to help her vs just quote a elderly women living in a gated community a ridiculous price.
