Called to have garage door opener checked out for repair or replacement due to age. The technician (Paul McIntosh) kept me informed of when he would be here. Upon arrival he evaluated the issues and discussed available options. He, as well as the person answering my call, were very courteous and professional. Did an excellant job. Will recommend

Calling after 5 pm on Friday figured I’d get their voicemail BUT someone answered and a technician was at my home @6:30. Teagan figured out the problem five minutes in and proceeded to give all parts a look-over. Found a spring cracked and replaced it. So $39.95 later wow and that’s not the best part, he then came in and had a wonderful conversation with us and made sure to greet the dogs!! Thanx Teagan we will always call you for all of our garage needs!!

Cody Waddle came out and tried to lay the ground work by saying the whole tensioner had to be replaced and to be ready for some sticker shock. Originally priced me $2400+. The invoice was detailed and there was pricing on every line item. Then said he could take 10% off for a first time customer. I had already done some research online and through friends and family and saw the pricing ran $500-1000. So conveniently the price dropped down to $1000. Even more suspiciously there was only one item on the invoice that was priced at $1000 even. I called some contractors I know and found one that priced me at $650 for a decent system. These guys make it a business model to try to rip people off.
