The service technician Jack Walker was superb. Very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. He got the job done promptly and correctly, everything worked perfectly. He is an asset to this company. The reason for my 2-star rating is frankly the cost. The receipt I was given does not break down the parts vs labor, it only lists parts, so there's now way to tell how much I paid for the labor. I know I paid way too much. I'm not seeking any refund, I agreed to the cost before the work was performed. I was over a barrel and needed the repair done. Again, the service technician was excellent. But be sure to shop around, this place charges too much.

I can not show photos because Precision came and met my son for the estimate of my repairs and installation while I am out of town. I can say that the technician arrived, took note and started the work. I had 4 garage doors that needed repair and installation of various needs on 2 separate buildings on property. He came in with unknowns, communicated with me via phone and started the job. HAYDEN WAS PROMPT, EAGER TO SERVICE MY NEEDS, SHOWED PROFESSIONALISM, CAME PREPARED WAS KIND CURTIOUS AND A DILIGENT WORKER. I was able to pay by phone and scheduled another Saturday to finish the project. Yes, I highly recommend thier services! Precision was my 2nd inquiry at getting the job done because the 1st call was a waste of my time and energy even though their name claimed to be a garage door company in Norman.

It was classic. Pull in from work, go to raise the garage door, and POW! There went the spring to lift the door. I went online and used the scheduling tool. The automated responses told us when to expect our tech, Cody. Cody called and let us know we were his next stop. Cody's telephone etiquette told me we had a guy who does more than turn a wrench. Turns out, we had a complex problem. The door is too tall for the opening, and it causes lifting issues. Cody figured that out. It was complex enough that Cody called in his supervisor, Justin, to help solve the problem. Justin arrived and worked alongside Cody, and they made a great team. As a supervisor, the care that Justin put into helping to fix the issue while mentoring Cody was something to watch. Cody's mechanical skills, combined with his people skills, were the best I have seen of any technician who has ever come to work on the house. We can solve most things. Garage doors are different, and Cody made a huge difference. We have Precision in three states now, and our experience with Cody has been the best. If you can ask for Cody, your home will be better off with him working on your doors. Thank you.

Cody came out to repair a broken spring and discovered a raft of problems that contributed to the spring breaking. The problem was so complex that he asked Justin to come by and give him some advice on the best approach to fixing the issues. Together, Cody and Justin made it right. Cody has the exact blend of customer service and the right way to explain issues and problems. We were very impressed with the excellent service we received. As much as the expense was a surprise, I believe the work they accomplished will allow us not to have to replace doors any time soon. Thank you for the professionalism, skill, and empathy. It is rare to possess all three.
