Jesse was very professional, friendly, and highly knowledgeable regarding overhead door repair. He thoroughly explained the problems with both of my shop doors and various remedies to fix those problems. Both doors seem to operate better now than when they were first installed. Jack Walker was the technician that came and worked on my garage door, giving it almost a complete overhaul repair job! He was wonderful. He is kind and considerate and explains everything step-by-step in the initial assessment of what the door needed. He performed all of the repairs magnificently and my door is in tiptop shape now and guaranteed for five years. They came out on a Sunday within an hour of me calling And I was not charged anything for it being after hours on a Sunday a service call or anything. everything is very upfront and you have the choice of what you want to have fixed or don’t want to have fixed if it is not necessary. Jack is definitely an asset for precision as a technician as he knows what he’s doing gets right to it and gets the job done in an excellent manner!

Inspection and estimate done day after I called. Technician inspected and explained problem with my garage door opener fully, he prepared and discussed options with me and was able to install the new opener the same day. He also pared the opener with my car. Great service!! No pressure. Love that I didn’t have to wait to get something done. Technician had all the equipment in his vehicle.
