We purchased 2 garage doors from Precision Garage Door. The installers Jordan and Darian were professional and meticulous about their work. They treated our home as if it was their own. They kept the worksite very clean, and partnered with me during the process. IMO, the product is standard amongst other companies. But Precision Door stood out because of their customer service. We had experienced a hiccup during install day. I was impressed with how the company quickly rectified the situation. Not only did Hallie make it right, she went above and beyond. Precision Door exhibited they do value and appreciate their customers! We love our new steel on steel insulated doors. The doors have made a difference for the temperature inside our garage and refreshed the appearance of our home. We would highly recommend Precision Garage Door.

My two year old garage door remotes had dropped off the network and I was having a real difficult time reprogramming them (Even, the wall remote wasn’t working). Precision Door OKC had dispatched Dominique R. as our technician. Dom was friendly, courteous, and professional. Without issue, he was able to reprogram both of my remotes and the installed wall button. He had noticed that the chain had been dragging alongside the track and tightened that up as well. All in all, it was a quick and affordable fix. I highly recommend precision door for all your garage door remote needs.

Jack Walker was the technician that came and worked on my garage door, giving it almost a complete overhaul repair job! He was wonderful. He is kind and considerate and explains everything step-by-step in the initial assessment of what the door needed. He performed all of the repairs magnificently and my door is in tiptop shape now and guaranteed for five years. They came out on a Sunday within an hour of me calling And I was not charged anything for it being after hours on a Sunday a service call or anything. everything is very upfront and you have the choice of what you want to have fixed or don’t want to have fixed if it is not necessary. Jack is definitely an asset for precision as a technician as he knows what he’s doing gets right to it and gets the job done in an excellent manner!
