Our garage door is over 40 years old and got hung up as some of the coldest weather all year was rolling in. Precision Garage Door sent John to us and despite the bitter cold, he got our door operational again. We'll need to replace all the moving parts eventually, but it was worth it to get the door down with the cold weather. John was polite, informative, and extremely committed to getting our door fixed the right way. When it comes time to do the parts replacement, we'll definitely be calling Precision!

I am so happy I choose precision to repair/replace my garage door about two years ago. Just today, my garage door malfunctioned. I called Precision, and they sent techs out same day. The two techs were super friendly and very knowledgeable. They were able to assess the problem and fixed the issue immediately, this same day. But the best part was they did it for free, did not charge me anything! It is so hard to find reputable companies that don't charge you everytime they come out or they say the problem is not under warranty. That is why I am so lucky to have found Precision!!!

John called about fifteen minutes before I expected him a told me he was on his way. He arrived a few minutes early, diagnosed my problem and had it fixed and lubricated in short order. He's a real pro and made sure I was satisfied before he left. I would definitely recommend Precision to anyone who has a garage door problem.

My garage door stopped working. I called Precision and their worker arrived in less than hour. After assessing the problem and discussing it with me, he made the repairs in a little over one hour. Good prompt service well done.

We have used Precision Door in the past. They installed our new garage doors after the purchase of our home. This morning when my wife left and let the door down it had the bottom roller come out of the guide track. I was able to get it back in myself however I was unable to reengage the trolly. I called Precision and was able to talk to a person and get service with in 2 hours. The technician called when he was 20 minutes out and arrived promptly. He was friendly and listened to my explanation of what happened. He then checked out both doors and openers. Made some adjustments and recommendations for future maintenance. Such as our springs are entering the last 1/3 of their service life. No pressure or trying to up sell anything, just professional observations passed on to make an informed decision. It is refreshing to have a company respond quickly and professionally in this day and age. I have recommended Precision Door to several people because of the service after the sale.
