We didn’t get our repair done due to the prices. It was more than what we expected. Overall, it was easy to make an appointment. They were able to come out same day even on a Sunday to go over ver repairs and costs. Technician was polite and professional.

This company is fantastic! They were at my house two hours after I called on a Sunday. The next day I had a new garage door and opener installed and working perfectly. The three person crew worked together like they were all best friends and loved what they were doing. Overall a great experience.

I selected Precision Door because I have used them previously. They did not disappoint this time. Repairman was on time, explained what repair was needed and the cost before he did the repair. I will use them again.

I love that they are locally owned. I think they are a nationally owned company with locally owned franchise owners. However the individual that replaced my garage door opener was very professional. Even while working on my door a lady and her husband was driving around to find the owners of the cutest little scruffy dog, couldn't have weighed 5lbs, stopped to see if he knew the owners. He knocked on the door to ask if I knew. Unfortunately I didn't. My neighbors east of me has several dogs so I checked but nobody answered. I just thought that without missing a beat he was able to keep on working that was impressive. Thank You

I chose Precision because their service is impeccable. From the phone call for service to the technician coming out is a very positive experience. A bolt had fallen out of my opener and had landed on top of my car forcing my door to not close. I didn't know about the bolt until technician made me aware. I thought door not closing was possibly cold weather related. Technician had my door fixed in only a few and no cost because opener is still under warranty and less that a year old. Great job, Miguel! Hope I remember your name right.

The technician, Paul, was knowledgeable, pleasant and cooperative. He provided insights to what we might need and maintained contact throughout our entire MMO job. He even came a day early, after learning her had time to do our job. He worked in “bone-chilling” cold to professionally install a new door opener and update our entire garage door. THANK YOU PAUL & thanks to Precision for having someone like him working for them

Called and technician, Dominique, was out well within timeframe given. He accessed the situation and gave options. Dominique was very courteous and explained what was going on with my garage door. I opted to replace original 70 year old rollers and cables.
