I had an appointment window for 10-12 today. I received a phone call from Paul at 9:35 letting me know that he was on the way. He arrived at 9:58! He was friendly, thorough and I didn’t feel like he was trying to sell my products and services that I didn’t need. He explained the issue garage door opener was having, told me what needed to be done to fix it and mentioned some things to look out for in the future. I will be using Precision for any garage door needs in the future and would specifically ask for Paul!

Requested repair/adjustment on 8’ overhead garage door opener. Tried to sell me on new springs for both overhead doors, one of which was replaced 5 yrs ago. Estimated cost to adjust the one overhead door opener was $150. A completely new opener can be purchased for $175. I paid him the $50 service call fee and sent him on his way. My son had the same experience. I do not recommend this company.

I am sorry you consider this a bad experience. We go to jobs with the intention of fixing your door. We gave you options that would fix your doors. You chose not to hire us...

I must say I am impressed. I had a broke spring. Paul, my technician laid out the options and let me decide without being pushy. I opted for the best plan with the 5 year warranty given the age of my existing components. On-time, quick service, I am very happy with the service received and will call again should we have any issues.

New 17’ garage door installed today with wall mount door opener. Garage door looks awesome and the opener runs smooth and quiet. Russ and Janet were very helpful on our door and opener selection and purchase. Jack and Byron were our install techs, they were great. They went over operating instructions and safety items when they finished. If you are looking for a new garage door or opener precision door is the best!

Jack did an outstanding, quick, and professional install of two openers and all associated peripherals- updating our twenty year old systems. Jack was kind, courteous, and explained every step of the installation. He performed a great demonstration of the finished product (openers, remotes, and external pad), cleaned up, and hauled away all residue. Well done and Jack finished within two hours.
