I picked this business because they have 24 hour service. My garage door did not open all of the way when I was backing my car up and I bent the door and broke the rail. After talking to them on the phone I knew that I had called the right place. I had them come out the next morning and they provided me with multiple choices (replacing the panel and rail, fixing it so I could manually use it, securing it immediately for safety and then replacing the door. I have decided to replace the door (which will happen in 2 days). The gentleman that came out was the owner and I felt confident in his experience and expertise. I would recommend this company if you want quality and speedy service as well as peace of mind. Thank you Precision!!!!

Very quick getting job done, worked on a Sunday which is the main reason I used Precision, needed to get fixed quickly. Russ was very professional & did a good, quick job. Only negative is that it was a little more expensive than I expected for new springs.

The worst hard sale tactics I have dealt with in a long time!! I needed for someone to come out and fix my garage door opener. This person tried to sell me a spring, tracking wheels, and an overpriced door opener, 2X the price I can buy anywhere else which includes remotes, and surge protector. When I didn’t buy today, he then said prices could go up and if I did buy today he’d throw in the remotes gratis. Female and blonde does not equal stupid!! Cost me $49.99 to have smoke blown up my ass.
