The worst hard sale tactics I have dealt with in a long time!! I needed for someone to come out and fix my garage door opener. This person tried to sell me a spring, tracking wheels, and an overpriced door opener, 2X the price I can buy anywhere else which includes remotes, and surge protector. When I didn’t buy today, he then said prices could go up and if I did buy today he’d throw in the remotes gratis. Female and blonde does not equal stupid!! Cost me $49.99 to have smoke blown up my ass.

Called to see the time frame of when they can have someone come look at my garage door which the torsion bar broke. They said they can get me in today between 1-3. Jack Called me about an hour later he showed up an hour early and finished the job quickly. Will use this place again!

Bryan Watson was very courteous and professional. He diagnosed the problem which was a broken spring. He thoroughly examined the entire garage door system. He found worn bearings on the cable system and rollers which he showed to me and I could verify that they were worn. He recommended, but not insisted, they be replaced to extend the serviceability of the overall door system. He was very thorough and diligent in his installation of the replacement parts and functionality of same I was very satisfied with the response time of Precision Door and the workmanship of Bryan

I am a repeat customer of this company because they always exceed my expectations with their professionalism, customer service and attention to detail. This time, I called because 2 of my springs broke. Byron called before coming. He was at my house at the time he said he would. All my options were clearly explained to me and I was able to make an educated choice of what repair package to use. At the end of the repair, he explained how to care for my garage door and what to look for as far as potential maintenance/repair needed. I plan on changing the garage door in the next couple of years and will definitely be calling Precision Door Service again.

The estimate process took about 5 minutes. Once I had the insurance check called and they were able to install the next day. Guys that came understood I had a conference call scheduled and let me pay them before my call. They finished up closed up the garage and left. I had an appointment window for 10-12 today. I received a phone call from Paul at 9:35 letting me know that he was on the way. He arrived at 9:58! He was friendly, thorough and I didn’t feel like he was trying to sell my products and services that I didn’t need. He explained the issue garage door opener was having, told me what needed to be done to fix it and mentioned some things to look out for in the future. I will be using Precision for any garage door needs in the future and would specifically ask for Paul!

Requested repair/adjustment on 8’ overhead garage door opener. Tried to sell me on new springs for both overhead doors, one of which was replaced 5 yrs ago. Estimated cost to adjust the one overhead door opener was $150. A completely new opener can be purchased for $175. I paid him the $50 service call fee and sent him on his way. My son had the same experience. I do not recommend this company.
I am sorry you consider this a bad experience. We go to jobs with the intention of fixing your door. We gave you options that would fix your doors. You chose not to hire us...
