I strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere. I’ve been a repeat customer for years and was seriously considering spending $4,000 on a new garage door with this company. Thankfully, I saw how they operate before moving forward. I asked for pricing upfront before scheduling help to connect my WiFi. They did not disclose the cost. After the visit, I was charged $99 for what amounted to pressing a button, something that took seconds and required no real service. Charging customers without clearly disclosing pricing beforehand is unacceptable. It feels misleading and shows a lack of transparency. This experience completely broke my trust. If this is how they handle a simple service call, I have no confidence in how they would handle larger, more expensive work. I will not be using them again, and I would caution others to get clear, written pricing before agreeing to any service.

Came in, assessed our garage door, and clearly gave us a run down on what needs immediate fixing and what might need fixing in near future and itemized prices on each. I can't believe the customer service from this company. I called at 4 in the afternoon and they showed around 6 that same evening. Diagnosed the problem but didn't have the opener that I needed replaced. The tech went to his truck came back with a detailed quote and came back the next day and finished up the job with my oldest son here to meet him and let him in. Now when I got home the only way to open the door was the switch on the wall. I called around 5:00 and a different tech was here by 6 and apologized for the original tech for not programming everything before he left. I have no with anyone or a company that responds to correct a mistake that quickly and politely. Good job will use again.

The guys were great. But, $900 plus dollars for 30 minutes of work is crazy. Not sure I would call Precision again for garage door services. Way too expensive.

Fast to come out, and very friendly guys! I’ve had so many home issues recently, getting stuck in the garage was just a cherry on top. They made sure I was taken care of and that everything is safe. Top shelf service! Update 4/23/26: Called Precision again to take care of a broken spring. Lewis was very helpful and got everything taken care of very quickly. Highly recommend!

I always use these guys when I can. Much better service than that other bunch that come with doors when the house is built. If you are building a house please tell them NOT to put Overhead Garage Doors on. It will save you a lot of headaches and money.

My neighbor highly recommended Precision. I called in the morning and they were at my house that afternoon. Jack was really nice and got to work immediately. After a quick inspection he gave me a detailed run down on each of the issues with my garage door. Jack repaired all the issues and was done in about 2 hours. No more squeaks and creaks. I called Precision because they were certified installers for the Genie lifts. I was not getting any cooperation with the Genie Corporate so I called Pecision. Dominique Ramos came out and fixed the problem and also suggested several other problems in alignment and sagging problems that would ultimately cause problems and damage to the door. Now the doors are straight, quiet and don't close with a bang/crash noise. Dominique was very professional and quick to identify and solve my door problems. Now my 75 year old knees are the only thing creaking! Has he tried his hands at orthopedics?
