100000% great service! So thankful for Precision and their helpful technician, Teagan! I have never needed to call for garage door repairs before, so all of this was a new experience for me. Their AI/automated scheduling system had me a littler nervous at first (I was worried it may have been some sort of phony number or something). BUT their timely, efficient, and thorough service definitely washed away those initial worries. Teagan let me know his time of arrival and was on time. He walked me through his initial inspection and double checked everything was good on my end before starting the repair. I can tell he is a kind and knowledgeable technician who cares about the work he does and the people he helps. He was also sure to fix the problem before potentially inclement weather rolled in (which we all know can be time crunch in Oklahoma). I will definitely be calling Precision if I need another repair!

I need to set up the warranty for my new garage door opener. I called a month ago and tried to speak with the chat bot. The chat bot said I would receive an email to sign up for the warranty. I have yet to receive an email. It was also difficult to talk with the chat bot. Please have a real person contact me at 580-695-2865.

Of course life happens when you least expect it. Yesterday, my garage door decided it would go out with a bang, literally. After calling several garage door repair companies, Percision Garage Door was the only company able to schedule a technician to come to my house and look at my garage door that morning. Elijah, the service technician, text me about an hour later to let me know he was headed my way. After throughly inspecting my garage door, Elijah not only found the issues I was already aware of but also a few I wasn’t. I was given several options to get me back to a working door. While I wasn’t able to get my door repaired/replaced the same day, Elijah made sure my garage door was lowered and secured before he left-which was my biggest worry. Thanks Elijah!
