The response time was ridiculously quick. The tech was out within 30 minutes from my call to receive an estimate. Zach was so polite and professional. He was honest and knowledge with his guidance. He presented options to both repair and replace and worked efficiently. I recommend Precision to everyone.

Tre saved the day. Husband was out of town, so I parked in the middle, without thinking I closed my passenger door on our garage release handle cord and started backing out. This released the door onto the vehicle. Luckily absolutely no damage but it did a number on my garage door track. Tre came out quickly, replaced what was needed and repaired what he could.

Fast and very professional service. Elijah and Lewis were wonderful. They did a detailed walkthrough on all of the new equipment we purchased and the repairs to existing equipment. They left the work areas cleaner than they found them. I would absolutely recommend Precision to friends and family.

Hi, when i called they told me the technician will come andvestimate and it is free. but he came checke, teste and gave me the estimate. Then asked to pay $59 a service fee. toke a box from te sensore and, as hesaid, programmed it. He should tell me what is he doing and how much is it then if i agree charging me, they told me on the phone. He was a good technician but did not follow your policy. i believe should refunded to me. Sorry but i find another source. Thank you p.s. Sevice selected was mandatory in this review and without my confirmation for the job
