I needed to know if it was feasible to repair or replace. This was a multi action effort for either Garage door Repair or Garage door Replacement. I was lead step-by-step through the process. I was given an estimated cost for each choice. I was also asked if I understood the feedback I was getting. My garage doors are on order and I will revisit this site upon installation. Initial interface was very professional.

No problem with your service or basic garage door, except when it came to accessories and add ons such as remotes, key pads, panels, and the ability to add generic after market items such as door open/closed sensor and smart phone relays. (This garage door company chose to make it impossible to use generic accessories and then they chose to charge outrageous prices for their marantek products. I was not so informed pre sale of this by your company when I had you install the garage door. Several other companies refuse to even work on the precision garage door because of that. Never again.

Matt Bell was the tech who came to our house for a garage door repair. He did a thorough evaluation, showed us the problems (multiple!) and completed the repair in a timely manner. This old door is not quieter and closes/opens smoothly. He also advised us we would soon need a new opener and door, showed us the literature with all the options and a price. We will definitely be replacing our garage door and opener using Precision Overhead Garage Door Service. Couldn't more satisfied, it's so nice to work done correctly.

2 stars I was told on the phone the cost was $120 but turned out to be $146+.
You were quoted $128.99 for a keypad and service charge. We were not told what opener you have so the technician had to use a different (universal) keypad for your opener so you were charged $10.00 extra dollars plus tax. Not knowing which opener you have at your home we cannot give exact pricing.

My Best Friend recommended Precision for my Garage Door needs both her and Her Daughter said they were very pleased with the service they got and felt the price was reasonable with others around the area. I called told them what I needed done said they could have someone out within 30 mins. Matt came out shared with me everything that needed done and pricing with each item that would cost if we choose to repair and less than two hours everything was done. Matt was awesome in answering any questions and even helped with a few extra things that he didn’t have to do but did it anyways . Excellent customer service and I not only will go to precision for any Garage door needs but tell all my Friends and Family to use them as well.

I chose Precision due to the same day service and the fact that if repairs were over $100, the service fee would be waived. The first visit out to repair my door did not quite fix my problems--but when I followed up with the company to complain, they quickly sent out a new repair team (at no additional charge) and my door now works perfectly.

Precision Door Service sent a technician within 2 hours of calling them. Jack called us before he showed up and he quickly found out that the troubled broken springs was the cause of loosened cables which made the garage door to malfunction. After we gave consent for fixing, he did a satisfying job and was very patient throughout the process and repeatedly made sure if we had any questions. We highly recommend their service.

Matt did a great job. After a thorough inspection, he offered a full door rehab. I declined the offer, but it was great that he checked everything out for me and let me know of areas to keep an eye on. He then repaired my broken spring efficiently. This was same day service with a smile. Very professional.
