One of the springs broke on Friday evening and first thing Saturday morning two technicians showed up. Less than 30 minutes later I had a fully functional garage door. Technicians were prompt, polite, and professional!

WOW! A service company that actually shows up on time, when they say they will. My garage door was older and required some different springs so they had to come back after the initial visit. Not only did they arrive ON TIME for the first appointment, they were 5 minutes EARLY when they returned to complete the job. More importantly, they did a great job repairing my garage door. Price was fair and the service was GREAT!

After coming home late at night my garage door just gave in and was crushed from the top! Probably not as dramatic as I typed it but at the time it was the worst damage I ever experienced. With a quick Google search and Precision popped up... I read reviews and started a chat with a knowledgeable CSR. About 12p, I called made an appointment and was told there would be a technician out between 6p-8p. By 3:45 Luke, with a trainee, came out and my garage is back in working in good condition. Easy Peasy lemon Squeezy! Luke was knowledgeable, precise and easy to talk to. They worked as a team and got the job done within an hour. He even gave me a quote for future services that I may need on the spot! If you're needing an immediate repair, Precision Door is the company to use!

Russ was very friendly and knowledge. Just unlucky that they were unable to find the right part to replace our warp garage door panel since our garage door is over 5 years old. We didn't want to replace our garage door but we would like to keep the same door and replace the warped panel.

I had a new garage door and opener installed. They did an excellent job of installing both and the installers were very friendly. I only have 2 minor gripes. 1. I wish someone would have asked if I had eye points for my opener at the time I was requesting the garage door so I could have had them arrange for the new opener at the same time. 2. When they left us the two remotes for the opener, I noticed later that one of the was well used and not new. It was exchanged without a problem.

I wrote a review back in January, 2014. I haven't needed Luke since then until today. My garage door stopped working last night. He came over this morning. Of course it was working fine when he got to my house. He was just as awesome as he was in 2014. He looked over everything and said he'd be back if needed.
