I had a new garage door and opener installed. They did an excellent job of installing both and the installers were very friendly. I only have 2 minor gripes. 1. I wish someone would have asked if I had eye points for my opener at the time I was requesting the garage door so I could have had them arrange for the new opener at the same time. 2. When they left us the two remotes for the opener, I noticed later that one of the was well used and not new. It was exchanged without a problem.

I wrote a review back in January, 2014. I haven't needed Luke since then until today. My garage door stopped working last night. He came over this morning. Of course it was working fine when he got to my house. He was just as awesome as he was in 2014. He looked over everything and said he'd be back if needed. Shortly after he left my garage door stopped working again. He will be back to fix it asap. I wouldn't use anyone else! Thank you Luke.

I was able to schedule an appointment via chat! Russ showed up within a few hours and was able to very quickly diagnose the multiple issues my door was having. We had to be gone the next day and Russ handled all of the repairs without forcing us to change our schedule. He then called to let me know the work was complete and I was able to pay over the phone. When I got home I had a perfectly working door! Precision door is a very modern operation and they communicate and get the work done accurately and quickly!

our garage door spring broke late on Saturday afternoon and we thought we would be unable to open it until Monday which was a huge problem because we were moving. We called Precision and they said they could have someone out on Sunday. They arrived at the time they said they would, were very courteous and professional. I highly recommend them

Recently, I had warranty service to adjust the closing gap between the door and the floor. I was so excited today when Precision Door told me they would be out in a couple of hours.
