Your phone was answered promptly . Your people were very helpful to set up time for service which was 45 minutes after my call.I am impressed with your fast service. Dominique Rarros presented himself well, determined I need a new opener explained that my motor was worn out. Also had not been installed properly.He discussed it with my friend,they determined I need a new one. Domindique had one on his truck that fit my need. He installed it. WOW! He explained the details. I am happy with fast service & installation.

My husband and I called Precision Garage Door on October 3, 2024. The Technician, Paul came the same day and installed a bottom door strip on both doors and also tightened the chain above our door since it was a little loose. Paul was very professional, friendly and did a great job for us. We were very pleased with his work. I would recommend Precision Garage Door to anyone needing assistance with their Garage Door. I had a spring break on my garage door and I called to see about getting an appointment. They were able to fit me in same day thank goodness! Jack was very thorough with his inspection and explained everything as he went. He was able to replace my spring and get my door going again. I will definitely recommend them and use them in the future. Great company and great customer service!

Our tech,Tanner, is exceptional. He showed up when he said he would and knew what our problem was within 5 minutes. He replaced a pulley and door springs and was in and out within an hour, no mess left behind…you wouldn’t even know he was here. GIVE HIM A RAISE!

I had a problem with bad sensors. The old wiring job looked awful. They cleaned up the old wiring and put new sensors in. I was bummed out because the house is new. I am very happy with the job they did. I would recommend this company. Good job guys everything works great and it looks nice.
