Starting with my ca ll to your automated system (which I usually don’t like but the recorded voice was friendly and easy to understand - I especially liked her telling me “y’all are all set) and throughout the entire experience I was impressed. Lewis did a great job on the repairs to my door and install of a new opener. He explained problems he found that led to the door failure and clearly explained my option for repair. I was impressed with his attention to detail and how he actually elected to change some already installed springs to have the door working smoothly. Great effort. Very polite and willing to discuss issues. Very professional all the way. Thanks for hiring and training good people.

Not only couldn't talk to a real person, the AI Agent that answers will not give any info, simply takes your name, phone number, etc. Wanted me to spell my name out....really, just wasted my time. All I needed was an email address so I could send a quote sheet sent over for seven garage doors, but after wasting my time with the fine AI Agent and scouring the website for a contact email, I gave up.

When Tre Came out he introduced himself and was able to explain all the work I was needing done ahead of time. He was very quick at the work, polite and knowledgeable. I appreciate all the work that was done and would definitely recommend Precision Garage Door.

Precision sent a service rep out within 3 or 4 hours after I called which was great! I figured it might take a day or two to be able to get someone. Elijah had my garage door problem fixed in less than 30 minutes! Great service and highly recommend!

My garage door springs broke on a Saturday night. Precision was able to send a technician out the next day. Tre accessed my situation. He clearly explained what was needed and had an estimate quickly. He was patient, friendly, professional, and had my door up and running fast. Great service. I am pleased with my installation. I will be calling Precision with any future garage door repair.
