This is the second time I have used Precision in the past several years. First time was to replace a broken spring. This time was to replace 16 year old garage door openers that had finally died. Had the same technician both times! Was able to replace both openers on our three car garage on the same day as the service call. Also got a new spring, hinges and rollers on one bay. Technician arrives on time, gave me several service/repair/replacement options. Got the work done, explained how to operate everything and cleaned up all the mess. It will probably be a long time before I need garage door work again, but if I do, I’ll be calling Precision Door Service OKC.

I called in the day my spring broke on my door, the next day they had somebody out as soon as I got off work. 30 minutes later it’s all fixed up and it works better then it has since I’ve lived their! Tech was extremely nice and knowledgeable, price was a bit higher then expected but for the quality of customer service, speed, and knowledge makes it well worth it. 10 out of 10 recommend these guys!

Have seen Precision ads on tv and liked that they gave senior discounts. It is only 5%(should be 10%)but every bit helps so thanks. Jack was my serviceman and he called ahead to let me know he was on the way. He actually was a little early. Had to have both springs replaced and a problem with the opener on the wall. Jack explained everything and showed me 3 options of service and was finished within an hour. Spent a little under $600($400 for the springs)but knew in advance roughly what they would cost. The rest was tune up maintenance and labor. All in all I think it was a fair price and satisfied with the work. The door opens like it should and is much quietier now. Thanks

I do not recommend this company. My first sign should have been not giving estimates prior to their visit, with all the technology available nowadays they can give estimates. The tech stood 6 ft from garage door and wrote up his estimate a photo of garage door would have done the same thing. Now I'm out the 49.99 trip charge if I don't use them they have you pretty much locked in or lose that money. Tech was rude, told me that all he did was replace the one broken spring per my request but now I have a door that doesn't shut all the way, you can see the sun shine through and it's hitting the rubber seal attached to garage door frame and as for the inspection he provided, you don't see the results until you get the invoice either by mail or email by that time the tech is long gone. Lastly, his estimates was supposed to minus the trip charges if repairs were over 100.00, but tech knew nothing about this so he said. ( he did take it off after confronted about it).

We needed a new garage door seal because ours was worn out and another company had done a poor job replacing it. Our experience with Precision Door was outstanding! Nick was very professional and gave great, detailed insight when I called the office. Jack was our technician and he was timely and very thorough with his overall assessment. We had additional work accomplished because Jack clearly showed the age, extended wear and potential failures of our doors. He provided various options for replacement and upgrade service, as well as discounts available. Precision Door and its personnel gave us a superior product, excellent work and top notch customer service!
