I found a red topped bolt on my garage floor didn't know what part it came from for sure but it was around the spring. I asked my handyman about it and he told me to call my garage guy like now and don't use my garage door. I called Precision it was all most closing time. They came out the next morning and fixed it. That is exceptional service in my opinion. The guys were awesome, they explained where it came from and what they did to fix it. It did have to do with the spring. They are my go to for garage doors and repairs.

Called and told me when he would get to the house and that is exactly what time he got there. Told him what I wanted done. Did it with out trying to get me to do some sort of inspection like the last group I had out and made me pay for that and the. Did not fix my problem. Precision did what I asked and pretty quick. Very pleased.

Miguel arrived at exactly the beginning of the time window I was given. He took his time to diagnose the problem, explain it to me plainly and give me options to choose from for repairs. As the repairs were about done, my garage door opener itself failed catastrophically. He quickly let me know again what my options were, never pushing me to the most expensive one. What began as a repair wound up being what turned out to be a near full system replacement that was probably about 5 or 10 years overdue!

Quick to respond and fix our issue we had. We had a door that got hit by a lightning storm in March and we could not use our app to open it any longer. The company who installed it originally would never get back with us on cost to replace the mother board they said needed to be replaced. We decided to look elsewhere and called Precision. They sent out technicians within 3 hours of our call and had a solution for us within 15 minutes and now we have remotes and can open both bay doors with the remotes and didn't have to spend thousands to get it working. Both gentlemen were knowledgeable and professional and worked well together making our choosing Precision as our go to company for any future garage door issues. We recommend them highly.
