Jesse & Tanner were great. Had an issue with the shop door had to get rollers and a new cable that was broken along with a support bracket. We had used you previously for our garage door when the spring broke so you were the ones I called when I had the issue last night.

We had a bad garage door crisis on a Saturday, we were unable to get any local business to answer. Precision told us they would take care of us and sent one of their qualified technitions out who was the most wonderful person and was patient and listened, he then went over the whole door determining what was critical to fix the door, secondly what was recommended for maintaining the door. We agreed on the job and Teagan worked quietly and methodically without rushing and giving us confidence that the job was getting done properly and successfully. We were extremely pleased with the outcome and a very professional job was done. I highly recommend Precicion Garage doors.

A repair that I wasn’t looking forward to today, but Precision Door was here within a couple hours. The repairman they sent Teagan Cluff was awesome. Had our door repaired, basically over hauled the whole door in less than two hours. Was a very per sable guy and felt fortunate he was sent to the job. Recommend highly.

Great service. Garage door spring broke called around 130 on New Year’s Eve and was surprised someone would come out between 2-6. Eli called at 230 and was on his way from stillwater. Arrived about 330 and did a great job getting the door spring fixed and the door had been squeaking for some time. He fixed that as well. Precision does a great job and I will always call them for any garage door issues.
