Loved the fact that I was able to schedule same day appointments and get my door fixed that day as well. Our tech, Teagan, was very professional and got the job done quickly, considering we replaced virtually everything except the door panels themselves. Before any work was started, he gave me a breakdown of the costs along with recommendations as to necessary repairs and general upkeep.

I had the motor go out on my garage door opener yesterday around 4:00. I called Precision and they were able to send a repairman out pretty quickly. Teagan was amazing to work with, he explained exactly what we needed and had everything available on the truck. He had us taken care of relatively quickly and I highly recommend calling Precision Garage Door for any issues that you have. I will definitely be calling them if anything else comes up and requesting Teagan!

Tre was our technician and arrived the same day of our call. It was great to be seen the same day and within a few hours of us calling. Tre was very personable and kept us informed throughout the whole process. He made sure I was aware of all issues, cost, and left it in my hands to decide on what we wanted to do without pressuring. Our double garage came off track, pins came out, springs needed to be replaced and door leveled out. He fixed all on a weekend and in the evening without extra cost. Very satisfied and will be returning customers and asking for Tre again.

Job was done fast and professionally However I requested an invoice for work done and have yet to receive it I like to hold invoices for work completed so I can refer back lest something goes wrong within warranty timeframe I received two requests for review but, no detail of work paid for I don’t like that
