My old 6-year-old builder grade garage was falling apart and in fact started folding up and almost collapsed on my truck. The only reason it's 2 stars and not 1 is that I'm sure this company has excellent expertise workmanship, but they are even more experts as a predatory ripoff business. I was quoted $2,300 to replace the spring(s) assy, bearings/pulleys, cables & rollers on a double car garage, standard single door. It didn't even need half of this work. Because I was in a hurry, I ended up overpaying ($800 invoice) for only new cables and rollers (a 1-hour job). Look up the parts prices (they are inexpensive) and do the math on the labor: bare minimum $500/hour. It's just a garage door! Their parts & labor rates are much, much higher than a Bentley dealership. I had another company estimate. He was a ripoff too, but $1,800 was his total quote. He said it didn't need a new spring, or bearings/pulleys and moved onto his next job. At least he was somewhat honest. I'll never do business with Precision again.

Jesse & Tanner were great. Had an issue with the shop door had to get rollers and a new cable that was broken along with a support bracket. We had used you previously for our garage door when the spring broke so you were the ones I called when I had the issue last night.

We had a bad garage door crisis on a Saturday, we were unable to get any local business to answer. Precision told us they would take care of us and sent one of their qualified technitions out who was the most wonderful person and was patient and listened, he then went over the whole door determining what was critical to fix the door, secondly what was recommended for maintaining the door. We agreed on the job and Teagan worked quietly and methodically without rushing and giving us confidence that the job was getting done properly and successfully. Had our door repaired, basically over hauled the whole door in less than two hours. Was a very per sable guy and felt fortunate he was sent to the job. Recommend highly.
