Diagnosis of door problems and explained what would be needed to repair the door to a working order. No sales pressure. Jack worked very efficiently and professionally. He cleaned the garage of any trash from the project leaving me with a working garage door that I’m very happy with.

Called in the morning. Appointment made for same afternoon. Tech was on time. Gave a complete evaluation and identified the problem I was having with my opener. Was given an estimate for a new opener and an estimate for temporary repair. Decided to buy a new opener which was installed promptly.

Car was accidentally driven into garage door. Minimal damage but some twisted hardware. Had used precision before for a broken spring so called them again. Surprisingly they were able to get out the same day. Technician was very articulate and attentive to the smallest of detail ( as some damage was hardly visible. Door looks good and operates excellent

We really like our new door. Installer was great, too. If we ever needed a new one or if anyone asks how we like it, we will tell them we like it. Sorry to be slow, my husband has just had a stroke & remains in Hospital.

I was amazed that when I called for a service man to fix my broken garage door opener and spring that Paul from Precision Door was at my house within two hours! Within another two hours, everything was fixed. Paul was very knowledgeable about what I would need and helped me get it done within my budget. I’m very thankful ????

I called at 7:30 a.m. and within an hour Jack called and was here in 10 minutes. He assessed my problem and showed me what I needed but gave me three options and I chose the option and within an hour and a half he had my door repaired with everything working great. I was referred by a neighbor that used him and we’re very happy and I’m glad that I chose to go with Precision and Door and Jack.
