We had the technician named Eli here in Midwest City that dude was friendly and phenomenal replacing one of our garage door motors no complaints from the guy was super friendly and did a great job! I would recommend his work! Will have him replace the other side within the next month!

I am giving precision a five star rating due to Justin price my technician. He was very respectful and knowledgeable and forthcoming on my issue at hand. I issue was a unsolvable problem at the present time, but just in was determined to make my door at least semi operational, so I could get my vehicle in and out of my garage without any kind of danger. He had promised me he would be back the following morning at 10 AM with all the parts needed to finish the job. And as promised, he was here at 10 o’clock ready to go to work took him only a little over an hour. To complete the job. Period. In my opinion you couldn’t ask for a better representative for your company. It has been a pleasure doing business with precision and would recommend precision for any kind of overhead door problems.
