I chose Precision Garage Door because of all their good reviews. Jordan was the service technician and he did a fabulous job of explaining everything to me. The opener broke on a Sunday night, made appointment on line and he was here at 10 the next morning. Jordan was very knowledgeable and had the problem diagnosed and fixed in an hr. New opener with a 5 yr warranty on parts and labor. Will certainly use them again. If you need help with your garage door be sure and give them a call!

Fantastic experience! Paul was my technician and he arrived on time and explained all the options to me. Once I made my decision, he got to work immediately. My garage door is so quiet now, the lights work on it, I have two springs instead of just one, and I feel much better after having it replaced. First time using Precision Door OKC. They were on time, in fact early which is always good. The tech called before heading our way and repairs were explained. Pricing was what I expected, nothing is cheap anymore and you also get what you pay for. I will use them again, have two more doors with springs just hope they wait awhile before they break. They answer their phone on Saturday morning, and were able to send a tech in about an hour after I called. Justin did a great job, thoroughly went over all my options, and got straight to work once I made my choices. My old garage door openers were 20 years old,and were extremely noisy. One of them out and out quit yesterday, which is why I called Precision today. Very happy with the job Justin did, and glad I called Precision. Here's hoping these last as long as the old ones did.

Very satisfied with Precision Garage Door Service. Jesse Warren did a fantastic job, was very easy to talk to, and clearly explained all the problems found. I appreciated that he broke it down into what needed to be done to get the garage door repaired and what was recommended to be done to prevent future problems. He showed me each issue so I could see how it was not working properly or was worn out. I was given a time window for the technicians arrival of between 2 and 6; Jesse arrived around 2:30, calling before to let me know he was on his way. He was very professional and polite (even after being in a hot garage working for a couple of hours).
