A broken spring was my issue. I took a little hit on the head from a tornado about 6 months ago, or I would have done it myself. My balance is still sketchy, so I called in help. Justin came out the next morning and made quick work of replacing both springs.

I wish I could remember the names of the two gentlemen that came out to help with our garage door. They came in and interacted with my family (including the toddler and the dog!) and took time to explain the options and what they could do. Then they went out to the garage and got us up and running in a little over an hour! They kept us informed as they progressed and came out to show us their quality work. They made sure we were satisfied with the fixes and wrapped up the job! We’ll use Precision again, for sure!

Teagan was great. Our spring broke on a Sunday so I was both surprised and happy that PGD was available to do same day work. Teagan was efficient and had the work done in under an hour including a general inspection of the unit as a a whole, alerting us of another potential issue with the bearings he was able to address at the same time.

I usually don't do reviews unless I have a complaint, but the service I recently received from Precision Door was uncommonly superb. Booking the appointment online was super easy and fast. Tim, my tech was extremely knowledgeable, courteous and professional. He arrived right on time, listened to my description of the multiple issues I was experiencing, and gave me a detailed quote of the agreed-upon repairs (just the minimum to make it operable). About an hour into the job, Tim suggested a few added part replacements (along with the costs for each) that made the old door I was probably going to replace in couple of years look and perform like a whole new door. He did all this on a HOT afternoon and stayed with the job until finished at 7:30 PM! He also disposed of all old parts, AND took the time to program the built-in openers on 2 vehicles. I couldn't be happier and will definitely use them again!

I checked with 4 other companies and found your initial representative to be more creditable. The price was slightly higher for the door alone but he told me that my motor was still good saving me money that did not need to be spent. The team that installed the door did an excellent job job, going above and beyond is few other matters to ensure added safety, for that, I thank them. Until I saw the border this morning, I would have given you all 5+ stars. The border should have been put on at installation and I would never have seen the telltale metal exposing itself. While I was concerned about a mechanical possible malfunction, it was cosmetic. Now that the job is finished, my worries are reduced but myself rating of service should be less. I’m giving the five stars because of the immediate response and the thorough explanation that the young man gave me. He should have said “If those other guys had put this trim on, you never would have seen that metal!!” Oh well, I’m just an old , Black female lining in Rural Oklahoma. I guess I should Mot expect A+ service on Day one!
