The spring broke on my garage door early in the morning, went online to find a company that could come out same day and get me going again. I chose Precision Garage Door based on the reviews they had, and was able to schedule for noon that same day. Kade showed up on time and and was able to provide insight and solutions to my problem. He was very professional, friendly and efficient while repairing the issue. I will definitely be using and recommending Precision Garage Door for any garage doors issues that may arise in the future.

Diagnosed the problem, replaced the motor and keypad and helped me reprogram it. Professional work, and it took less than 24 hours for them to schedule an appointment. I would call Precision again, although since they installed a respected-brand motor, I probably won’t ever have to.

Called to see if I could get someone to come out to look at our door to see what would need to be done to get it fixed. They offered to come out the same day, but I asked them to come out the next day. They were more than happy to accommodate. The technician was able to come out and quickly evaluate what was wrong with my door and gave me a quote on what it would cost to get it To get it fixed. Very reasonable price so asked them To do the repairs. I Was very surprised that they were able to do the repairs then and there without another appointment. My door is now good is new. Very happy with work. The technician was very nice and knowledgeable. Would recommend and use them again.

100% recommend Precision Garage Door Services. I was able to schedule service for Monday morning when my garage door grenaded itself on Sunday. They were out and got me situated by 10:00am Monday. I had a new garage door installed by Tuesday afternoon. Nobody tried to upsell me. They waived the service fee. All the staff were very friendly and professional. I couldn't not have asked for better service.

Same day service. Initially quoted me $5650. Asked to get a couple other quotes (previous one already taken apart). Eventually paid $2400. AI says I was overcharged appx 40-60% based on review of invoice. Guys were great and very quick.
