Arrived on time, professional appearance and manner, efficient getting job done and cleaning up work space when finished. My technician was Kabe Bare and I would definitely use him again and recommend him to others.

Kade exceeded my expectations by working through every hurdle my 70+ year old house through at him, while working in a south facing closed garage with a temp of 102 degrees, outside! Worth two very sweaty thumbs up

Very happy with Precision. They were able to Come out same day and fix my garage. Cody was very knowledgeable and very helpful explaining the different price options to fix the door. Would definitely recommend.

Our garage door snapped and would not go down. I immediately called Precision on a Sunday and they were at my home within 30 minutes and completed the project efficiently and quickly.

Efficient and good value. We just needed a new double garage door without the motor and lift. They accommodated us quickly with a new insulated door at a much lower price than some of the outfits that thought they could take advantage of someone who needed it urgently. Thanks guys.

I called early Friday morning and Ethan was at our house by 10:05am. He was able to fix the garage door in quick time. He was respectful and professional. Yes, we had a boo boo that was taken care of far better than anyone could have dreamed. Mike, our installer, well there is no better installer in the industry. Tanner did a great job was pleasant and called before he arrived and was right on time, installed the new opener showed me how it worked, paired it to my car , picked up old parts ran a magnet over the floor too pick up any screws and nuts , took care of paperwork and left, great experience!!! My home in Wagoner, OK is for sale and have an offer. During home inspection the inspector noticed the spring on one of the two garage doors was broken. Next morning called and explained I live in OKC but my home for sale is in Wagoner. I would need at least three hours to get there. I got a same day appointment with a window of 2-6 pm. About ten minutes out from the home the technician called (it was a little after 1p) he asked if ok to head toward Wagoner, he would be leaving Tulsa and be about 45 min. I said perfect. Technician arrived was very professional, explained everything, and provided me a fair estimate. Well within what the 200-500 dollars Google stated for the area. I am a veteran so got a 10 percent discount and to top off they do not charge for the trip from Tulsa to Wagoner. It did not take long to change out spring and re-attach cables. He even sprayed silicon in all the places needed to help with a smoother opening and closing. The technician went above what was request to ensure my garage door worked properly and would in the future. They also included a 2 year warranty. By 3 pm I had everything completed and was back on the road to Oklahoma City. Punch list complete and hope to close the sale soon. Very satisfied with the flexibility, professionalism, and quality work. Recommend if you need garage door repair.
