Precision is the go-to for garage doors! We have used them multiple times after buying our house in 2020. They're open 24/7 (which is great when the door stops working on a Saturday afternoon!), they have a tech out the same day, service is impeccable, and the warranties are an added bonus. Plus, they've always taken the time to educate.

The sales process was smooth with great communication. The initial install had issues and took longer than expected, but the way the company handled it was outstanding. Management immediately stepped in, listened to all concerns, and stayed until everything was corrected—even going above and beyond on small details that didn’t affect functionality. They also returned after another trade corrected wiring just to verify everything was hooked up properly. What started as frustration turned into an excellent final result. I’d hire them again without hesitation. This is a textbook example of why reviews shouldn’t be based only on first impressions. Problems happen in construction. What matters is: Responsiveness Ownership Willingness to make it right Going beyond minimum expectations That earns 5 stars in my opinion.

Called every other garage door company in town and no one would return my call. I saw a Precision van across the street on my way to work a few weeks before Christmas and gave them a call. Earon was out that day to do an estimate and 2 days later Donovan Bales had my new door installed in a few hours. Super company wish I had found them much sooner. The spring on my garage door broke on New Years Day. I couldnt get the car out and was worried that it being a holiday I was going to be out of luck. I called precision and they had someone out within a couple of hours. I had a few other mishaps that i had to work around but the service tech was very understanding and very easy to work with. They made the repairs in a timely manner and the garage door worked great!
