The technician, Paul, was knowledgeable, pleasant and cooperative. He provided insights to what we might need and maintained contact throughout our entire MMO job. He even came a day early, after learning her had time to do our job. He worked in “bone-chilling” cold to professionally install a new door opener and update our entire garage door.
