My husband and I called Precision Garage Door on October 3, 2024. The Technician, Paul came the same day and installed a bottom door strip on both doors and also tightened the chain above our door since it was a little loose. Paul was very professional, friendly and did a great job for us. We were very pleased with his work. I would recommend Precision Garage Door to anyone needing assistance with their Garage Door. I had a problem with my garage door last Sunday morning due to a power outage. I called service and the company sent a professional out within 2 hours. His name was Stanley Mclntosh. He was very kind and explained to me what was causing the problem. So I learned how to maintain and use my garage door. He fixed the problem. And checked it again several times. I didn't have to pay for it. It was covered under warranty. I didn't know it was covered under warranty but he guided me to the best option. He was very kind to me.

I was very satisfied with the ease of making an appointment on Saturday the next day that I called. Paul is knowledgeable and took care of the problem I called about. He also did a tune up for the spring and door. The new larger rollers reduced the noise of opening and closing the door and are better quality than those originally installed. I recommend this company for garage door repairs.

I had Precision Garage Door replace my garage door springs a while back and my 15 year old garage door opener started to fail. I liked the way my garage doors were repaired so it was an easy choice to call Precision to replace my opener. The tech arrived about three hours after my call. Fortunately it was the same tech, Paul, who had repaired the garage doors. He gave me some cost comparisons between repair and replacement. Since my equipment was old I decided to go with a mid-range replacement opener. Paul had it up and running in less than two hours.
