I have worked with the Precision Door previously to install a garage door opener and then perform Warranty service. The come in, inspect everything and give you a breakdown of what the problem is and the cost to repair. I just had the spring break unexpectedly and they came in with the same outstanding service and fixed it.

Paul diagnosed my problem and had it fixed very quickly. Then he inspected my other Genie products and the garage door, doing maintenance he noticed. Great job! Paul came out and adjusted the screws and reprogrammed the opener for our door. He also adjusted the safety eye as well. He is a great employee with great knowledge and is very down to earth.

Paul the serviceman that came out to replace rollers on our garage door. He was great. He tightened up the big spring also.
