We didn’t get our repair done due to the prices. It was more than what we expected. Overall, it was easy to make an appointment. They were able to come out same day even on a Sunday to go over ver repairs and costs. Technician was polite and professional.

Our Garage Door Spring Snapped on the Evening of 1-28. I called Precision Garage Door and made an Appointment for 1-29 between 10 & 2. Jack arrived at our house at 10 AM. Jack was incredibly nice and definitely a Master at his Craft! Jack assessed the situation and had our new spring installed and working perfectly in 25 minuets flat, I was Impressed! I will definitely be calling Precision for any future Garage Door Repairs that may arise.

The installer today and very helpful. He straightened out the mess that was crated by your other installer that came a year ago. In Oct 2023 I spent $3,000.00 with your company getting my garage door opener replace. I noticed since then the garage door was opening very slow. And lately would barley open. I spent another $3500.00 today getting the right size garage door opener and spring. Installed. Once again I’m very happy with the job your installer did today with fixing the garage door properly.

I had a spring break on my garage door and I called to see about getting an appointment. They were able to fit me in same day thank goodness! Jack was very thorough with his inspection and explained everything as he went. He was able to replace my spring and get my door going again. I will definitely recommend them and use them in the future. Great company and great customer service!

As promised, they were here the same day and fixed my problem immediately! Jack gave me great information on what needed to be fixed and Had me sign off. He had the work done in about an hour. Let me test everything and I was good to go. Great service!!
