Extremely professional, very speedy repair, was very interested if I had any questions or concerns, very nice technician (Tanner), arrived earlier than I thought he would. I cannot overstate how pleased I am with the work Tanner did on the garage door today. He gave a courtesy call 20 minutes before arrival, assessed the garage door, and discussed repair options with me. He explained the mechanics of the unit and WHY specific repairs were needed, while actually showing me the issues. He was prompt. He was kind, and completed the work in less than hour. At 7:45a today I didn't even know my garage door lift system wasn't working. It's 11:45a and my entire system has already been repaired, smh. Absolutely EXCELLENT. "Precision" is exactly right!!

Tanner was great and responsive, very respectful and did a wonderful job fixing my garage so I don't run into the same issue in the future. The criticism I got for my repair before calling a professional was almost praise on my DIY, but I knew when the issue came up again I needed someone in the field to get it done right.
