My experience with Precision has varied depending on the technician. If I could give Robert from yesterday 10 stars, I would! The service a few weeks ago, not so much. I’ve used Precision 3 times now and 2 of those times the service has been top notch.

Absolutely best service. Robert the technician was very knowledgeable and provided in depth information on what the problem was and how he was addressing the solution. He came early on a Saturday when the door wouldn’t open. Very appreciative of the work that he performed and the work ethic that he exhibited. The best garage door company that I’ve ever used.

First time using Precision Door OKC. They were on time, in fact early which is always good. The tech called before heading our way and repairs were explained. Pricing was what I expected, nothing is cheap anymore and you also get what you pay for. I will use them again, have two more doors with springs just hope they wait awhile before they break. I needed new weather stripping on my single door garage. My technician, Robert, did a great job. He gave me a quote that I thought was very reasonable. He also sprayed the rollers on the door because they seemed to drag a little. What a difference! Robert was here maybe an hour and I really appreciate the job he did and his cheery friendly attitude. I will definitely call Precision Door again when I need them.
