Our garage door spring broke last night and we couldn’t open the door. I called before 8 o’clock on a Saturday morning and Jesse, the repair man, was here before 830. Did a bang up job! Explained everything and pointed out some optional items that I could do, but no pressure or bs. I would call these people out again without hesitation. Of course I would request Jesse, but the company culture seems such that I’m sure they have other capable people. Jesse was rock solid, and very pleasant to deal with!

Robert did a great job reviewing our need, proposing possible solutions, allowed us to choose the equipment we needed, removed our old non-working opener and installed the new unit. He programmed all of our various remotes. He is polite and professional in his work and kept us informed through the process. Thank you Precision Door OKC.

On time, very nice and no pressure to buy things I didn't need. Gave me prices for future problems that may come up that didn't have to do with why he came out. Fixed my problem quickly and explained everything thoroughly.

Another employee had to come and help. My technician was very quick to come earlier than expected in his scheduled time. Upon his assessment and need for another technician to assist, which was there in about 10 or 15 minutes. The best teamwork and I got my garage door back in great working order. The best. Very friendly and stayed focused on their job and my safety. Being disabled they moved things as needed.
