The technician was friendly and not pushy at all. The cost was excessively high, so I chose to not use their service. The technician supplied me with his safety check and said “I understand, let me know if you change your mind” and left. If it wasn’t for the price I would have used their service.

We have been using Precision Garage Doors for several years now. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is needing garage door service. They have replaced our garage door and have serviced it several times. Even though our warranty had expired they have come out whenever we have had a concern or a problem and have told us on 2 different times that they were not going to charge us because whatever the problem has been that it should not have happened. They have always been extremely prompt (which is something that does not seem to be the norm anymore) and are very polite and knowledgeable. They have always been very meaty and clean and always carry off any trash, boxes, etc. I have no ties to this company. I actually researched them before using them and chose them out of a very long list of garage door companies. They have always come out the same day or the following day after contacting them. If you are looking for a reputable company that stands behind their work and products then this is the company that you need to contact.

I called at 7:30 a.m. and within an hour Jack called and was here in 10 minutes. He assessed my problem and showed me what I needed but gave me three options and I chose the option and within an hour and a half he had my door repaired with everything working great. I was referred by a neighbor that used him and we’re very happy and I’m glad that I chose to go with Precision and Door and Jack. Old opener bit the dust. Called and 3 hours later had technician Jack at our home. He was professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. I purchased a new garage door opener and outside keypad. It was installed in less than 2 hours. You can purchase a new one and install yourself cheaper, but if you can't, Prevision prices seemed fair. I will recommend to a friend if asked and use them again if I have a need.
