I am so happy I called Precision when I realized the garage door spring had broken. Justin came out the same day and looked at the spring and the door and gave me several options from just replacing the spring and some repairs on the door. I knew that the door was more than 20 years old had some damage. I decided to have the door and spring replaced. Justin called the warehouse and found a door and gave me a price to do that and also found a discount for me! The crew came two days later as planned and did the replacement. Joshua was the first to arrive and two additional technicians came as well. Everyone was very knowledgeable and professional. They explained everything they were going to do and got right to work.They were done in less than three hours,and it looked fabulous! It was refreshing to have these intelligent and competent young men to do the job and easy to see they take pride in doing a quality install. I know now why the company is called Precision Garage Door Service. Thank You Richard Sankey

I am so happy I choose precision to repair/replace my garage door about two years ago. Just today, my garage door malfunctioned. I called Precision, and they sent techs out same day. The two techs were super friendly and very knowledgeable. They were able to assess the problem and fixed the issue immediately, this same day. But the best part was they did it for free, did not charge me anything! It is so hard to find reputable companies that don't charge you everytime they come out or they say the problem is not under warranty. That is why I am so lucky to have found Precision!!!

A very wonderful, knowledgeable, Honest, professional and respectful experience. Not only did they come out and fix the original problem but they notice some safety concerns that could potentially cause harm. Honest and transparent with pricing and offered me options with a payment plan. But what warmed my heart the most was that I was cooking my family Christmas dinner and had lots of family over to celebrate, and I offered the two technicians a 2-go plate and they gratefully accepted not only with open arms but the Biggest Smiles and gratitude you could imagine.

I had a problem with bad sensors. The old wiring job looked awful. They cleaned up the old wiring and put new sensors in. I was bummed out because the house is new. I am very happy with the job they did. I would recommend this company. Good job guys everything works great and it looks nice.

Called them late on Friday afternoon after the garage door spring broke. They came out first thing Saturday morning and didn’t charge extra for a weekend service call. They had all the parts on their van and made some great recommendations and suggestions. I couldn’t afford the whole package suggestion. They were very easy to work with on paring down the package of upgraded parts and repairing the door and improving it and keeping it within our budget. The two service technicians were very professional. They worked fast and efficiently. I would highly recommend this company and would use them again. Hopefully for not a long time.
