Called them late on Friday afternoon after the garage door spring broke. They came out first thing Saturday morning and didn’t charge extra for a weekend service call. They had all the parts on their van and made some great recommendations and suggestions. I couldn’t afford the whole package suggestion. They were very easy to work with on paring down the package of upgraded parts and repairing the door and improving it and keeping it within our budget. The two service technicians were very professional. They worked fast and efficiently. I would highly recommend this company and would use them again. Hopefully for not a long time.

We had to have a new garage door opener installed. Justin took the time and tried to trouble shoot for us. My husband and I cannot say enough nice things about him. We agree with what everyone else said in their reviews about Justin. If we need work in the future we’ll be requesting him. You can’t go wrong.

The lone spring on my garage door broke around noon today. My next-door neighbor told me Precision had replaced the springs on her garage door so I called to see when someone could come repair mine. It’s a holiday weekend so I was quite surprised when the lady told me someone could be at my house between 2:00 and 6:00…TODAY!! I received a phone call from one of the men just before 1:30 to let me know they were about 20 minutes from my house. Two gentlemen arrived at my house around 1:50. Both were so polite and professional. They checked my garage door system, looked up the parts and costs, and provided me an all-inclusive estimate which I approved. They got right to work, installed two new springs (which came with a 7 year warranty) along with a new bearing, and completed the job before 2:30. I’m so impressed with the fast service and will continue to be a customer from now on. In addition I will refer my family and others to Precision. Thank you for the wonderful and fast customer service!

Customer Service Support and scheduler was outstanding. She clearly advised me of what time the Repair Technician would be contacting me by phone prior to reaching my house. Justin Price called and told me he was 6 minutes out. He was very knowledgeable. He performed a thorough troubleshooting process to determine my needs. Once the problem was found. He explained what needed to be done and the cost. He informed me I was still under warranty and he would have to replace with new overhead garage opener. Installation was quick. All remotes were reprogrammed and worked perfectly. He also sprayed all the articulating parts; rollers, springs, and hinges. He also explained all the technical features for this unit. Thank you!!

Appreciate Justin the technician. This was an insurance claim so I needed him to take pics, provide estimate and write-up notes for the adjuster. Justin did that, patiently answered my questions and fixed a problem with the door on the spot I didn’t even know I had. Good work.

They answer their phone on Saturday morning, and were able to send a tech in about an hour after I called. Justin did a great job, thoroughly went over all my options, and got straight to work once I made my choices. My old garage door openers were 20 years old,and were extremely noisy. One of them out and out quit yesterday, which is why I called Precision today. Very happy with the job Justin did, and glad I called Precision. Here's hoping these last as long as the old ones did.

8 to 9 months ago, Justin flawlessly repaired a 3 to 4 year old double door from builder’s incorrect installation & use of undersized springs. Fast forward to today, the single door’s chain-rail began showing signs of trouble, called Precision & in super fast response time, Justin returned. Another builder error using undersized lag bolts, Justin quickly installed proper size bolts & problem fixed at NO CHARGE, unheard of in today’s world!! Many thanks from a customer for life!
