Very satisfied with Precision Garage Door Service. Jesse Warren did a fantastic job, was very easy to talk to, and clearly explained all the problems found. I appreciated that he broke it down into what needed to be done to get the garage door repaired and what was recommended to be done to prevent future problems. He showed me each issue so I could see how it was not working properly or was worn out. I was given a time window for the technicians arrival of between 2 and 6; Jesse arrived around 2:30, calling before to let me know he was on his way. He was very professional and polite (even after being in a hot garage working for a couple of hours). I will definitely be recommending Precision Garage Door Services to others; they exceeded my expectations. They solved the problem quickly, keeping me informed about my options and what they were doing. Jesse was very helpful, courteous, and quite professional.

He went over my issues carefully, offered alternatives that helped me make a decision on work to be done. Once the job was completed, he walked me through it all. Dom was fantastic to work with and didn't try to upsell anything. The work was done efficiently and timely and he knows his craft well. I would HIGHLY recommend over competitors in Norman who would either charge MUCH more or not stand behind their parts. They have springs manufactured just for them and they are outstanding build quality - 7 year warranty.

Called in the morning. Appointment made for same afternoon. Tech was on time. Gave a complete evaluation and identified the problem I was having with my opener. Was given an estimate for a new opener and an estimate for temporary repair. Decided to buy a new opener which was installed promptly.

Car was accidentally driven into garage door. Minimal damage but some twisted hardware. Had used precision before for a broken spring so called them again. Surprisingly they were able to get out the same day. Technician was very articulate and attentive to the smallest of detail ( as some damage was hardly visible. Door looks good and operates excellent

My garage door springs broke on Friday evening. Precision was at my house Saturday morning at 8:20 and my door was fixed by 9:20! My tech Jesse Burns was fast and friendly. I would highly recommend precision!
