Paul the serviceman that came out to replace rollers on our garage door. He was great. He tightened up the big spring also. The technician was courteous, professional and knowledgeable about the repair and maintenance of my garage door. Precision Garage Door had replaced by garage door two years ago and I went with the upgraded hardware package, which included a longer warranty and better coverage. The warranty for this is fantastic and was included in my service call today at no charge. I have recommended Precision to several of my neighbors that have also replaced their garage doors. The Technician, Paul came the same day and installed a bottom door strip on both doors and also tightened the chain above our door since it was a little loose.
