The guy showed up when he said he would, which is nice. He was very pleasant and knowledgeable. He showed us different for types and answered every question we asked. The price was right around what we wanted to pay. I have had them replace the springs on my current for, so I upgraded to the premium springs and hardware. He put no pressure on me to upgrade. I would call them again if I need another door.

I am so glad we chose Precision Door to replace our old garage door. Byron is the very best Door Designer and salesman. He is honest and engaged in making sure we are getting a beautiful new door that is safe and long lasting. He is even sending someone out to put a strut on our old door that will make it safe while our special order is made. I highly recommend Precision Door to friends and family. Technician replaced my garage door spring. Work was performed very thorough and efficient. Technician was extremely helpful and informative for future preventative maintenance. I had received cheaper estimates but was happy to pay a little extra for someone to come out and perform the work at 8pm on a Saturday night. I definitely recommend this company.

Old opener broke about 12:30 pm and technician had the new one installed by 5:30 the same day. He did excellent work and explained everything thoroughly. He even did a few things extra that was not part of the installation. The whole system runs quieter than I think it did originally.
