I reached out to Precision for a quote on maintenance on my garage door. They gave me an appointment same day and promptly. Dom the technician arrived and Listened to my concerns and made some suggestions to fix the issue. He did not go try to over sell he just shared where there were issues with parts and explained what was still in good condition. He gave me a quote to fix and said he could do it same day if I was good with quote . One hour later I had a fixed garage door. Dom was professional and had impeccable customer service.
