I reached out to Precision for a quote on maintenance on my garage door. They gave me an appointment same day and promptly. Dom the technician arrived and Listened to my concerns and made some suggestions to fix the issue. He did not go try to over sell he just shared where there were issues with parts and explained what was still in good condition. He gave me a quote to fix and said he could do it same day if I was good with quote . One hour later I had a fixed garage door. Dom was professional and had impeccable customer service. Great company!

I made an appointment on line. Dominique Ramos called and came to my home with in the hour. He was very professional, talked with me about the problem. He went over all my options and prices, they offered. Once I decided what I wanted, he didn't try to talk me into something different. He went to his van, got everything he needed. Had the job done in about 45 minutes. Explained each step as he did the work. Once finished, he explained the warranty to me and he was finished. I was really pleased with the work. I will definitely pass on the name and number to anyone needing help with their door.

Dom came out and was quick to see the problem. It was a wiring issue and then he had to do adjustments to get it to open and close correctly. Dom was very kind and professional. Dom was fantastic to work with and didn't try to upsell anything. The work was done efficiently and timely and he knows his craft well. I would HIGHLY recommend over competitors in Norman who would either charge MUCH more or not stand behind their parts. They have springs manufactured just for them and they are outstanding build quality - 7 year warranty.
