Called to schedule an appointment, received a call from Technician Jack within 20 minutes that he was in his way. Inspected the job & gave 3 different options & explained each option & price. Began the work immediately & about 30 minutes later had me inspect his work. Jack was informative, professional and did a fantastic job!

This is the second time I have used Precision in the past several years. First time was to replace a broken spring. This time was to replace 16 year old garage door openers that had finally died. Had the same technician both times! Was able to replace both openers on our three car garage on the same day as the service call. Also got a new spring, hinges and rollers on one bay. Technician arrives on time, gave me several service/repair/replacement options. Got the work done, explained how to operate everything and cleaned up all the mess. It will probably be a long time before I need garage door work again, but if I do, I’ll be calling Precision Door Service OKC.

I called in the day my spring broke on my door, the next day they had somebody out as soon as I got off work. 30 minutes later it’s all fixed up and it works better then it has since I’ve lived their! Tech was extremely nice and knowledgeable, price was a bit higher then expected but for the quality of customer service, speed, and knowledge makes it well worth it. 10 out of 10 recommend these guys!

I saw the commercial on the television this morning and saw that I would choose to talk to the company about the garage door The Technician Jack Walker was very professional explaining the problems with the garage door, he was very precise and he was easy to understand. Have seen Precision ads on tv and liked that they gave senior discounts. It is only 5%(should be 10%)but every bit helps so thanks. Jack was my serviceman and he called ahead to let me know he was on the way. He actually was a little early. Had to have both springs replaced and a problem with the opener on the wall. Jack explained everything and showed me 3 options of service and was finished within an hour. Spent a little under $600($400 for the springs)but knew in advance roughly what they would cost. The rest was tune up maintenance and labor. All in all I think it was a fair price and satisfied with the work. The door opens like it should and is much quietier now. Thanks
