Incredible job!!! We are so in love with our new garage door!! Russ quoted it the same day with multiple options so we could decide. The techs Paul and I believe Byron showed up on time, were professional and cleaned up any scrap of mess. Absolutely would use again and would recommend!

I had a great experience with these guys! Every single person I spoke with was friendly, from the person who scheduled my appointment through to the folks that did the install. Precision installed my last garage door opener and I was impressed, so naturally I called you to install a keypad for the garage door. The technician was prompt, explained the operation of the keypad and noticed that my garage door opener needed some tightening. He took care of that as well. Great customer service in my book.

No problem with your service or basic garage door, except when it came to accessories and add ons such as remotes, key pads, panels, and the ability to add generic after market items such as door open/closed sensor and smart phone relays. (This garage door company chose to make it impossible to use generic accessories and then they chose to charge outrageous prices for their marantek products. I was not so informed pre sale of this by your company when I had you install the garage door. Several other companies refuse to even work on the precision garage door because of that. Never again.

Paul McIntosh was a great technician. He was at my house within 90 min of when I called, fixed my door quickly, explained everything, gave me options of repairs.
