My name is Lonnie Richey Sr. I want to thank Dom with Precision Garage Door OKC for the magnificent job he did replacing my garage door opener and rail. He was on time and greeted me with enthusiasm and professionalism. He explained what he was going to accomplish step by step. Once he began taking down the old opener he was thorough and ensured that I was able to ask questions if needed. He had everything down and up in about an hour and a half or so. He went through each area and fully explained how each component operated and invited me to ask more questions if I didn’t fully understand. The warranty was great and the price was right in my ballpark. Needless to say I wholeheartedly give Dom and Precision Garage Door OKC a five star review. Dom is great. Thanks again Dom.

Received same day service. Repairman Dom arrived on time, got down to business and completed the job in slightly less than an hour. Replaced both springs on door. Not cheap, but we felt assured that repairs would last; maybe not the 20 years that the originals parts did. Would recommend Dom and company.

Service was very good. The technician did notice that a wheel was missing and installed new one. He did find that a bolt on another hinge was stripped but didn’t replace it as the second bolt was fine.
