I cannot say enough good things about TEAGAN with Precision Garage Door Service of Oklahoma. Hands down, he is the best garage door technician I have dealt with in all my years. Teagan came out early on a Saturday morning, arrived ahead of schedule, and was incredibly personable, professional, and knowledgeable from start to finish. What impressed me most was that he didn’t simply come out, perform the service, and leave. He actually took the time to educate me about my garage door and the maintenance it will require over time. My garage door is relatively new, and Teagan walked me through the different components, physically showed me the parts he was referring to, explained what will eventually need maintenance or replacement, and showed me what needed to be corrected to bring my garage door sensors up to code. He explained everything clearly without ever making the conversation feel like a sales pitch. I work in construction, so I have enough experience to recognize when someone genuinely knows their trade versus when someone is simply trying to sell additional work. Everything Teagan explained regarding the maintenance, the condition of the components, and what will likely need replacement in the future was accurate and made complete sense. I really appreciated his honesty and transparency. It is increasingly rare to find a technician who combines technical knowledge, professionalism, excellent customer service, and a genuine willingness to educate the customer, but Teagan absolutely does. Precision Garage Door Service of Oklahoma has definitely earned my future business because of this experience. I will absolutely use them again, and when I do, I will specifically request TEAGAN. Thank you, Teagan, for taking the extra time to do such a thorough job and make sure I understood my garage door system. Exceptional service from beginning to end. Highly recommend!

- Nicole Fulmer

Wonderful service from the moment we had a quote requested! Thank you to Byron and the people who installed our garage door as well!!

- Karen Montgomery

Thank you so much for your kind words, Karen. We're delighted to hear you had a great experience from your initial quote through installation. Byron and the team appreciate your recognition, and we're grateful for the opportunity to serve you.

This experience was first class from the initial phone call for a quote to the completion of the work. They were our third quote for a 12x12 shop door opener. They were the most professional of the three. Cody was not only personable but truly professional in all he did here. Would not hesitate to work with them again.

- Becky Watson

Great service, quality, and professional service man! Thanks!

- Hiram Tabler

Lewis did a great job on the repairs to my door and install of a new opener. He explained problems he found that led to the door failure and clearly explained my option for repair. I was impressed with his attention to detail and how he actually elected to change some already installed springs to have the door working smoothly. Great effort. Very polite and willing to discuss issues. Very professional all the way. Thanks for hiring and training good people.

- David Silcox

Tre was amazing. Spent the time to really see what the problem was. Really appreciate his hard work and time.

- Heather Matthews

Great job! Tre was friendly and adapted to an oddly configured garage!

- Michael Smith

Our garage door was popping when it closed. We called Precision and Tegan came out less than an hour after we had called on a Saturday. He was able to diagnose the problem and resolved the issue quickly and professionally. We would definitely call Precision again in the future.

- Bryce Bailey

Mr. Tre Nunley came to rescue today after finding out, somehow, garage door opener spring has snapped and didn’t disappoint! Came in, assessed our garage door, and clearly gave us a run down on what needs immediate fixing and what might need fixing in near future and itemized prices on each. He is respectful, transparent, and easy to talk to. 10/10. Solid.

- Joseph Lee

They were on time and fixed the problem quickly. I didn’t feel they were trying to sell me extra things we didn’t need. Friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend them.

- Melissia Dunn

Louis IS THE BEST!! Always ask for him.

- Jack Miller

This is the second time we’ve called Precision. They are timely and very professional. They are very straightforward with what is needed or not to get the job done. That’s getting harder to find in businesses these days. Highly recommend!!

- Stephen Baker

My neighbor highly recommended Precision. I called in the morning and they were at my house that afternoon. Jack was really nice and got to work immediately. After a quick inspection he gave me a detailed run down on each of the issues with my garage door. Jack repaired all the issues and was done in about 2 hours. No more squeaks and creaks. It's so quiet! Many thanks!

- Gary Holloway

I was extremely pleased with Precision Garage Door. Dominic was on time and his service was perfection. My door has not worked that well or that quietly in many years. Thank you

- Angela Fry

Only problem I had was your AI assistant did NOT get my appointment logged in yesterday. When I called in this A.M. to check, an appointment was quickly made and the tech arrived by noon and did a great job.
