Lewis did a great job on the repairs to my door and install of a new opener. He explained problems he found that led to the door failure and clearly explained my option for repair. I was impressed with his attention to detail and how he actually elected to change some already installed springs to have the door working smoothly. Great effort. Very polite and willing to discuss issues. Very professional all the way. Thanks for hiring and training good people.

Our garage door was popping when it closed. We called Precision and Tegan came out less than an hour after we had called on a Saturday. He was able to diagnose the problem and resolved the issue quickly and professionally. We would definitely call Precision again in the future.

Mr. Tre Nunley came to rescue today after finding out, somehow, garage door opener spring has snapped and didn’t disappoint! Came in, assessed our garage door, and clearly gave us a run down on what needs immediate fixing and what might need fixing in near future and itemized prices on each. My neighbor highly recommended Precision. I called in the morning and they were at my house that afternoon. Jack was really nice and got to work immediately. After a quick inspection he gave me a detailed run down on each of the issues with my garage door. Jack repaired all the issues and was done in about 2 hours. No more squeaks and creaks.
