They came out when they said they would. Didn’t try to up sale me I told them what I wanted done. They showed me the cost and when I told them what things I didn’t want to replace they took it off. Both tech were very professional and respectful. I will definitely us them again if and when need. Top notch team and company

They arrived very quickly and gave me a nuanced estimate that included different levels of functionality and then fixed two door openers quickly (1 was 25 years old old and 1 was 15 years old). I’m extremely satisfied and highly recommend them.

I was very impressed with the prompt response to my semi-emergency situation. The service reps were polite and efficient. I believe the door and accompanying items are if good quality, but after looking at comparable options, they were significantly higher priced. For me, the promptness was worth the additional cost.

Colson came by and realized I needed a new opener. He worked so hard in the heat and a lot of it had to be done in the attic He was a trooper. It was 103 that day but he stayed with it. Working with Precision was one of the best decisions I have made during my custom home build. Building a home can be stressful at times but the Precision Team made the garage door process flawless. I called around and while their competitors tried to sell me their inventory instead of the product I wanted, Byron listened to me and helped me get the doors I wanted and best fit my build. Started off strong, and I really enjoyed working with the sales team. They didn’t have the most competitive quote, but we went with them anyway. However, when my $7000 garage door got installed one of the panels was dented. (I get mistakes happen) The installers noticed and told me it would be swapped out. About a month later a new panel was installed that was also severely scratched. I was once again told that they would replace the panel. A few months later and they finally show up to swap it out but this time the wrong panel was ordered. Every time this happens I have to deal with MULTIPLE calls setting and then cancelling appointments before they finally show up. This company is a private equity nonsense machine, and is not “locally owned and operated” in any sense. You’ll be talking to a support center in Florida when you call. There are plenty of local OKC-based garage door companies, and I very much regret not doing more research.

Our garage opener broke and Precision sent someone out within a few hours. It was replaced the next day. Tre was very knowledgeable and nice! He replaced our opener quickly and was very thorough in showing me how to use the new features. Would definitely recommend!

Spring broke on my double door. Booked online and received very good service and the technician was very knowledgeable. I thought the quote was very high and questioned the price. I reluctantly did it. he worked a little discount and I had some other issues and needed to get it done. A very good job but after doing some online research (of which I should have done to start) I paid what looks to have been just under twice to much. Good job! But they are why to much money

I contacted Precision as I had one spring break on my garage door. They came out quickly and were polite. Teagan was the technician and he had another gentleman with him whose name I don't recall, but he did all the talking to start with. They took time to review everything and gave me an estimate of $4,000 to fix everything properly. I was shocked and said something to the effect of being retired and can't afford all that. What do I need to get operational. He clicked off a bunch of stuff too small to read on his notebook and gave me a new price of $2,000 stating new bracing is necessary as my door is sagging and bending the hinges and what they are connected to. I reluctantly agreed to have that work done. Later I came back out and Teagan was finishing up. I said it looks like he had repaired some of the hinges and he stated they just replaced them all. I said thanks, and his response was something to the effect of we like to help people out where we can. Two things: 1)I don't believe the hinges were actually replaced even though I was given the impression they were. I was told new ones would be about twice as thick as what I had, but the ones on there now look the same. 2)the price seems very high for what was done. They replaced both springs and charged, including labor, over $400 each. So, my questions are first, was the first quote just a shock value to make the second one look acceptable (it worked!), and second if you could have done it including the hinges for $2,000 why wasn't that in the original quote to begin with rather then adding discounts and telling me you had done extra? I'll not use Precision again in the future.
