A spring broke on our door late Fri. morning. The first company that came up was Precision and it said i could book online. I never thought wane would be able to get svc today, but was able to book an appointment. I got an immediate text and email confirmation. Later Tegan called to let us know he was coming. He showed up on time, He replaced a spring and made sure everything was in order. He was friendly and professional. He was able to even save us some money! We would definately call Precision again!! Thank you so much, Tegan!!!

I usually don't do reviews unless I have a complaint, but the service I recently received from Precision Door was uncommonly superb. Booking the appointment online was super easy and fast. Tim, my tech was extremely knowledgeable, courteous and professional. He arrived right on time, listened to my description of the multiple issues I was experiencing, and gave me a detailed quote of the agreed-upon repairs (just the minimum to make it operable). About an hour into the job, Tim suggested a few added part replacements (along with the costs for each) that made the old door I was probably going to replace in couple of years look and perform like a whole new door. He did all this on a HOT afternoon and stayed with the job until finished at 7:30 PM! He also disposed of all old parts, AND took the time to program the built-in openers on 2 vehicles. I couldn't be happier and will definitely use them again!

I found a red topped bolt on my garage floor didn't know what part it came from for sure but it was around the spring. I asked my handyman about it and he told me to call my garage guy like now and don't use my garage door. I called Precision it was all most closing time. They came out the next morning and fixed it. That is exceptional service in my opinion. The guys were awesome, they explained where it came from and what they did to fix it. It did have to do with the spring. They are my go to for garage doors and repairs.

I was able to have a technician come out same day, and I wish I hadn’t put this off for so long because it was so quick and painless. Called Precision Door after a google search and was impressed with the reviews so I contacted them to service my garage door. Hayden was courteous and professional and did an outstanding job on the repair! I highly recommend this company and the same day service exceeded my expectations!!
