We had lost our remote (it had possibly been stolen) and were in a real hurry to get new remotes and our opener rekeyed. The guys came out, did an inspection and told us the opener had been installed wrong. It was a cost that we didn't expect but would have led to a bigger cost had Precision not found it for us.
