i reall appreciated the technician Jesse Burns so much. he went over everything so thoroughly and was such a friendly and pleasant person. he even went backover all the parts he replaced and showed them to me.honesty and throughness is very important to me.i would be very much so the person to refer a company like this to fiends ans neighbors.

The technician was very knowledgeable and courteous. He answered all of our questions and did a great job installing our new garage door opener, including new garage door springs and rollers, in a timely manner. The company was able to give us a reasonable price on the new products and installation. We will use them again!

Hi, when i called they told me the technician will come andvestimate and it is free. but he came checke, teste and gave me the estimate. Then asked to pay $59 a service fee. toke a box from te sensore and, as hesaid, programmed it. He should tell me what is he doing and how much is it then if i agree charging me, they told me on the phone. He was a good technician but did not follow your policy. i believe should refunded to me. Sorry but i find another source. Thank you p.s. Sevice selected was mandatory in this review and without my confirmation for the job

They where on time and fast I call them when my husband came home and the spring broke they came out with 2 hours the repair guy was great great job this is the second time they had to call them for the other door too. You have really great guys at work for you.

Some years ago, Precision got me out of a jam on a Sunday so I wouldn’t miss my daughter’s baby shower. They are prompt, diligent, customer-centric, reasonably priced and the job gets done on the first try.

Our garage door was giving us trouble opening and closing. I called Precision and they were at my house in less than an hour. I showed Dominique what was going on, he took some time to diagnose the issue and clearly showed me what was going on and explained what he was showing me. I needed a new opener, the original had major wear and was struggling to lift the door or close it completely and safely. To my surprise, the door itself has a lot of life left, it just needed some adjustments and some broken parts replaced. Dominique showed me three options and let me decide which option I wanted to go with. I chose the least expensive option, and Dominique was completely on board with that. No pressure to upsell. That is VERY MUCH APPRECIATED! In an hour and a half, he was done with the install, the adjustment of the overhead door, and programming the keypad. Highly recommended!

Steven was excellent, professional, and helpful. He explained everything thoroughly and walked me through the details. Job was done quick and well. Upon further review though, the cost seems high. Parts alone for the job is around $400 and the total job was $1200. $800 for 2 hrs labor seems high despite the quality work.

We called late Friday afternoon and Lewis was out by 4:00! Totally fixed the panel in our overhead door that was bent. Put braces on the inside and fixed hinges and rollers so that it looks brand new. We have used them in the past and they do great work and are very courteous techs! Will definitely keep their number handy!!
